Unprofessional staffI was in and out within minuteswhich wasn't good because I received poor quality serviceI got a bill in the mail that looks like it was typed on notepad, with no real information on it, and poor grammar.Do yourself a favor and go to a real doctor.**editI actually got a call from the new manager of this place wanting to know how he could replenish their name with me. They did an excellent job and I was impressed by their concern about my bad experience.Since it is under new management from the time I went, I would give this place a second chance.

Little or no wait time, the lady doctor I seen was very professional and nice. She also answered all my questions, even the one's that I thought were dumb. Didn't give 5 stars because you can't be seen until 4 pm if you have passport insurance and if you want to be seen before that time you would need a referral from your PCP. But besides that it was all good, I will recommend and go again myself.

Was sent here by the Army MEPS center around the corner. I have 2 health insurances and paid my copay, yet I had a bill end up in collections that I was not aware of. Upon routine monitoring of my credit report, I noticed the balance and contacted the office. The staff consistently claimed that it was not their fault and they could not be responsible for billing issues. Beware of the medical billing practices before they try to ruin your credit as well!!!

I went in last night very very ill from what I thought was the flu, they took very good care of me!!! very comforting, caring, and helpful staff. Doctor was very professional and called me the next day to make sure I was feeling better, thank God for people like this! Oh it was bronchitis by the way! NEVER SELF MEDICATE UNLESS YOURE VERY SURE WHAT YOU HAVE! Lol

The medical staff was pleasant and professional when I went to American Urgent Care to be treated for flu-like symptoms. However, when I received my bill I noticed that they charged me for a flu test which was not administered. I called the billing office to discuss the error and the representative proceeded to tell me that my chart indicated I came in for flu-like symptoms. This, of course, was accurate. She went on to tell me that my chart indicated a flu test was administered. Since I know that a ful test was not, in fact, administered I indicated that charging someone for services that were not performed was fraud. I then advised that I was going to report the occurrence to my health insurance carrier. The billing representative became very defensive and very uprofessional. I spoke to the Clinic Manager to make him aware of the occurrence and he was also very unprofessional and accused me of abusing his staff and using four letter words. What? I have worked in the health care industry for over 20 years and I find it very unfortunate that a medical clinic serving the community is fraudulently billing and disrespectful to patients. I reported this incicent to my carrier, but how many patients would not know any better and proceed to pay for services that were not perfomed? If you receive services at this clinic, please review your bill very closely and report any services you are billed for that were not performed.
