Me and my husband are so thankful for such a great clinic in our town. The staff is amazing, and friendly, the practitioners are so thorough and really care about your well-being. The clinic is well maintained and clean. And the office wait has always been at a minimal when we have visited several times. I would recommend family care clinic to anyone needing a walk-in clinic and I have and they were well pleased!

Decent doctors, but I have one complaint about Beth McCoy (PA). When you have blood work done, regardless if the results are good or if they need attention (medication to regulate BP, cholesterol, etc) they will not contact you.nnEverytime Iu2019ve had blood work done Iu2019ve had to call and ask if my results were okay or need medication to regulate.nnThis is not an acceptable practice.

This place is useless now. I really didn't want to go back after I got scolded for going to the ER when they couldn't fix my problem the first time I went in. I switched my kid to pioneer. (Pioneer couldn't get him in until next day.) So last week my kid caught strep. I knew it was strep even had them send a culture to lab because it never shows up immediately. He had all the signs swollen tonsils etc. They gave my child steroids and refused to give him antibodies until they had a positive test. I return him to school on the date the note they gave me. (Because God knows around here you have to have that dr. Note for school.) I did call next day to see if labs were back they were not. The day after 48 hours later and I get call mid day saying he's positive and ud83dude44 proceeded to tell me there's prob 100 ppl in walmart with it right now. Like that's OK? Finally got antibiotic 2 days later than needed and now the entire house has it for Christmas. Thanks alot. Oh and to top it off. I called fast pace because I knew I had strep and they didn't even have to do a throat swab to send me in an antibiotic. The whole point of going was to get him the antibodies quicker rather than waiting for his normal office to have availability. Turns out i should have just waited. So needless to say we won't be returning and I will be canceling all future appointments there and with their wellness center.

If I could give a million star to this amazing facility I would! I can't say enough wonderful things about this place and the amazing staff. Had the best experience. Staff were kind and caring. Honestly, this is THE place to go for most medical needs.

I have always had a pleasant experience taking my children and even myself to family care clinic. They are always patient with my children and friendly when my kids are feeling nervous. They are usually quick and thorough, the only downfall is they are closed on Sundays, which I understand everyone needs a day off. Keep doing a great job!
