From the moment of walking in to and transport out, the staff was absolutely wonderful. Check-in was easy, the wait was good, and the care behind the doors was professional but welcoming ( as far as an emergency room can be) I hope I'm spelling her name right, but Kianna was top notch.

We were their earlier today. My wife was in so much pain that they took over an hour to see anybody, then she was put in a chair in the back were she was in agony with her back pain and when she thought she was getting a bed to lay down in. They gave it somebody who was behind her in waiting list. I wouldn't trust them at all. On a side note...They were just laughing it up by the front desk like nurses and Dr's while she was in serious pain. The worst bed side manner i ever saw.

The team took great care of me last night. Everyone was super nice, from the front desk staff to the nurses to the physician. There was no wait; I was taken to the back almost immediately and treated quickly. I made the right decision going to Houston Methodist ER.

This ER center used to be good, and my last visit with Dr. Goranson was good also. However, my visit with different doctor and nurse today is horrible and became a joke. That nurse and doctor are messed and have no any idea to treat my symptom, but kept me to do blood work and CT scan. Then I didnu2019t get any treatment and just wasted time and money there. At last, I got two words from the doctor and nurse about how to treat my symptoms: u201cDonu2019t knowu201d. A joke! Also the security guy treated the patients very bad and rude. My this review gave it one star, and actually I hope zero or negative star to give.

Dear front desk, if you donu2019t want to work the night shift then stay home. Secondly, there is a way to nicely at 11 pm tell a mother she has to wait outside without an attitude that was uncalled for because we walked in very nice and cordial. But why make the mother who was double masked wait outside when BOTH women at the front desk REMOVED their masks as soon as I got to the car. Then when I asked her about it as she left the building her trifling behind got another attitude and became defensive. Stop it folks. Weu2019re at the emergency room. If youu2019re not equipped with compassion this is clearly not the job for either of yu2019all.
