Every person on staff was attentive and affectionate. The woman at the front desk went above and beyond to make us comfortable and give us the best experience. All the nurses and techs were exceptional and the doctor was so compassionate. We did not wait long at all to be seen. I would highly recommend. The convenience of this location is unparalleled.

We were seen quickly. The front desk staff and nurses were all amazing. Very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. However we had a terrible experience with Dr. A He didn't introduce himself, was very brusque with both me and my 10 year old. I do not feel he addressed our issue well and was poorly communicative with us about our son's injury. He did not offer any sort of pain relief for my son. I had to strongly advocate for my son just to get some temporary relief. When the nurse did get him to come back in the room he again did. Ot greet me just very rudely stated that waiting to fill the prescriptions untill the next day was unacceptable. It was late and pharmacies were all closing down for the night. Unfortunately our experience with Dr. A was bad enough that I would never go back again for fear of having to be treated by him. It is too bad because this place is very close, very clean and expedient. The rest of the staff was above and beyond wonderful and easy to work with they were all very kind and as accommodating as possible.

Everyone was so kind and very helpful. The receptionist was so pleasant and caring. The nurse and Dr were very engaging and explained what they were doing. The technician took time and care to make sure I understood the procedure. It was a delight to be treated with kindness and respect especially when I felt so bad. Health Care professionals should treat patients with love and respect and kindness and Americau2019s ER certainly does that!

What a wonderful experience for such a traumatic time! Samantha and Sarah were absolutely wonderful to help get us started with the process to get checked out by a doctor. The tests that had to be done were done quickly and efficiently with surprisingly fast results. Dr. B was professional educated and had such a positive attitude. We couldnu2019t have asked for more attention better medical care or a nicer Medical staff

We give them 5 stars as it was a little bit of a wait. But the staff & nurses there are amazing. The N.P that sewed my husband's finger up did an excellent job. And she took all my husband's joking very well. Great place to go in a minor emergency.
