I give the star for the cheerful attitude of most employees here.However, I do feel for $100+ that I shouldn't have to call 3 times over the course of 5 hours to get my medication ordered (I guess I should be grateful I had some already).I do feel that when my elderly grandmother is brought in? Using a broken thermometer that's fallen on the ground is inappropriate. Particularly when we are told to rush her to the ER because she's running a fever (spoiler: she didn't).Of course, maybe that was a mixed blessing because the test results for multiple illnesses that came back negative in the urgent care? Full on positive at the ER.Finally, I do feel like when someone calls to say Hey I'd like to talk to someone about these tests, because you have others coming in and I get crickets as a response?That maybe you're not really focused on what needs to be done for the well being of your patients. Absolutely ridiculous.Sure you get in and out - but at what price for accurate results?*edited for later: never once did my family receive a phone call to my knowledge. Definitely had 2-3#'s to pick from so, do what you will with that.

I was so impressed by the professionalism of the entire staff and the outstanding customer service they provided. I interacted with five or six staff during my two visits and everyone helped me feel comfortable and at ease. Additionally, I maybe waited a total of two minutes in the waiting room over my two visits. I highly recommend visiting this location if you are in need of an urgent care.

I would normally say that Express is a 5 star place, but I hadnu2019t been here in awhile. Now that Molly is not one of the head providers, the care seems very weak. I went in for neck pain, and knew they wouldnu2019t be able to do much, but I am in a lot of pain. Robin did not seem to care about anything I had to say and I had to literally BEG for something to help because she wrote it off. I have been to the doctor many times because I have had various health issues, so I know my body and the way I feel very well. The only reason this isnu2019t a one star review is because the nurse who I talked to first was so so so nice, but Robin was incredibly unbearable. People go to an urgent care because they cannot wait to go to their provided. Do not treat them like they are dumb big babies! Itu2019s not worth your time to come here!

I have to give this place a one to zero star review. I came here previously and was told I had an STD to the point where I was crying after the appointment because I'm married then I got a call later to say everything was negative and today I went And was told I had contact dermatitis. I was told that since I'm military and got all my shots I could not possibly have chickenpox. I went to the ER knowing I didn't have contact dermatitis and my PCM was not available and was told I have chickenpox. The older lady is absolutely rude. Has diagnosed me wrong twice. And the only reason I come back is because I have no choice where I get my referral.

We love Express Urgent Care when we are unable to get in to our primary care provider. Today, I went in and was called back to a room before I could even sit down in the waiting room. The NP and PA came in and greeted me within minutes. They were so kind, caring, and personable. They carefully fixed up my injured toe and eased any worry I had. They made sure I was comfortable and didnu2019t have any pain at all. I was in and out within 30 minutes.
