They lost four patients in just two minutes. My son, who was sick and needed care, was denied services even though they were open for another hour. I will never recommend or return to this office. Iu2019d rather drive a long distance to ensure my children and I receive the proper care and arenu2019t turned away.

I dont even know why these people are here. They aren't good for anything. I once visited when I was sick with covid and they couldnt help with anything. This time i need a emergency polinidal incisional drain, they cant help with that either. These people are not useful at all. Sit at a desk barely doing anything for the world and get paid. Useless doctors. Does anybody have a story of them helping you?

My mom was sick and I took her here lady at the front desk was very rude and the doctor is very bad he will make sure that you feel worse. Please don't go here. The way he talked was that he didn't care about the patient but only about money. I had left from here to er

I had an awful experience when I went in today with the NP Bangura, Iu2019ve come in twice now about a nasty sore throat and he just completely dismissed me and snapped at me when I tried asking further questions, he rudely told me to just leave. The provider has no bedside manners and no care for patients sensitive information if he did he wouldnu2019t be shouting, snapping, and talking to you at 10 decibels. Something seriously needs to be done about the way he speak to people. And I think it may be best I hear on over to an emergency department because there are other reviews about people dealing with similar symptoms to me and actually have serious diseases. I think the least you guys could do is refer patients outwards and not treating them and telling them their concerns are nothing.

Worst Urgent care in Columbus. The employees that work at the front desk does not care about the patients. Even when there have multiple staffs, they will still make you wait for hours. The care they provide is really POOR, if you care about your health than DO NOT VISIT HERE!
