He diagnosed my symptoms, explained the situation with me, explained treatment and I was on my way. The receptionist , nurse, and Dr. were all so kind, professional, caring with the best u201c bedsideu201d manner. The perfect visit!

Great group of professionals that really care about their patient. They listen to what I had to say and they talk to me about what the best treatment would be. And they included me and my opinion in the treatment care. They put the patient care first. But they, also, understood they the patient does have the final decision when it comes to their care. They make sure you are given all information you need to make those decisions. Thank you for being there for me when I needed help with my sickness and making health decisions .

Easy sign in and short wait time. Nurse took vitals and listened to my concerns for my visit. Brett Ballard was informed of my concerns before he came in room. We discussed my issues and plans of medication for me. Medicine was called in before I left and I received the list and directions on taking them. Check out was a breeze.

Cristen took good care of me at Amory Urgent care today. I will go back tomorrow for another shot then 8 days for another visit. I have pneumonia from Covid.
