I came to get a ppd test completed for employment. The wait was about 2hours. The front desk staff was kinda helpful. However, when I got to the back not sure of the name but I got stuck three times!! u00a0The first two times she used the wrong needles and the third time she was able to find the correct needle and was finally able to stick me the correct way. This is super dangerous and luckily Iu2019m calm, cool, and collected but this could have went left with another person.

Went in around 6:30 because finger had swollen to the point where it hurt to touch. At first when I was seen doct said Iu2019d probably have to go to the er but baby she worked a miracle with what she had and got the job done. Iu2019m grateful because she went above n beyond for me and to make sure I left satisfied. Her and the assistant were the best. Great job they did for me.

My son arrived at approximately 6:50 PM today, only to be informed by a staff member named Kim (?)that they do not accept walk-ins because they close at 7 PM. My son said the website states they are open with zero people waiting and will take walk-ins. While he was still there, I called the office to inquire about why he couldnu2019t be seen. The same person explained that they indeed close at 7 PM. I also pointed out that their website states they close at 8 PM, and during our conversation, she attempted to steer the discussion but it did not work well for her well as the website said during that time walk-ins welcome with zero people waiting until 8PM. Eventually, she admitted she was unsure why they were closing early at 7PM but confirmed that they were doing so.nnThis location used to our spot to get our family care, but clearly now they're just hiring anyone to fill a seat.

Scheduling my appointment was easy so was check in a little iffy, got to the office no staff to greet you at the desk, security barely wanted to open his mouth to say anything. Check in kiosk was a little nasty looking, so decided to check in on my phone. I arrived at 12:48 appointment was for 1:00pm, by 1:20 staff members began to reappear, I attempted to ask front desk receptionist about how much longer would the wait would be, and without even asking me my name or appointment time, I was dismissed from the desk and asked to wait until receptionist was finishing registration for other patients. Finally around 1:30 we were u00a0called to the back, doctor and nurse were lovely. Overall experience was good facility could use some help in customer service.

It's a nice, clean, and modernized place. The staff there went above and beyond in exhibiting professionalism. Without any hesitation, or reservation, I'll return there; I would also highly recommend it to others. In other words, my visit was smooth like a baby's butt...:)
