u00b9This place has gotten terrible with patients.nClearly taken on more then they can handle!! And maybe should stop doing televists if they can't handle it.nBadly needed a doctor and my apt was for 250 only for it to be 330 and I'm still waiting for the doctor to call me via Tele visit.nJust because I'm not physically in the office does not mean I need to be disregarded and ignored I still made an apt and I'm still a patient waiting to be seen. Some of us can't wait around all day till a doctor decides you're important enough to be seen. Stop scheduling more then you can handle and I can't even get into the many times I've argued with front staff because of errors on their behalf.

Appointment made by someone who had no idea what they were doing which became evident when I showed up today and they made my first appointment with the wrong doctor. They then cancelled the appointment entirely saying they weren't taking new patients. There's a vet down the road providing better service.

Dr. Azaz himself was good, but you will NEVER see him. The office is an absolute disaster. The women could care less about your family and your health. you will be just another client and revenue source. They will not try and keep you either.nnMy entire family has left this office for other PCP's. It was no longer tolerable having the office call to cancel appts so Dr. Azaz could leave early or because they were overbooked. DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE.nnEvery single person behind the desk at the Ronkonkoma office should be fired and banned from caring for people's health and well being.

One thing that I can't get over is how long I have to wait to see the doctor I have an appointment with. I always get there a few minutes before my appt. time, check in and wait min. of 30 minutes to 60 minutes before being seen by the doctor.nI have brought this up to Dr. Azaz more than once, but I keep experiencing the same frustrating delays.
