This place didnu2019t even deserve 1 start!! This clinic Donnu201dt care about their patients. I took my mom for a physical exam and they request follow ups for a routine care as a colonoscopy, mammogram, Chest xray etc. they make an appt for her to go back for blood test which this clinic chance the appt 3 time on the appt date. Later on after 3 weeks I call to check on the referrals and they keep saying that they were waiting for insurance approval but a eeek after!!!u2019 We found out from one of the employers that they didnu2019t sent the request to ins yet. So today after 3 months of the visit they sent a bill, I call to pay and ask for my mom blood test results!! Someone told me that the NP will call back in 10 minutes which it never happened, I call back a hour later and I spoke with this person, which told me that my mom is pre-diabetes, kidney, and liver elevated, cholesterol up to 200 and they never call to inform us about it, and NP asked if she is in treatment ud83dude24ud83dude24ud83dude24, we never heard from them about the authorizations.. DONu2019T GO TO THIS PLACE!!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PATIENT HEALTH. At fist they show that they are going to take care of you but they donu2019t.

Dr.kambiz AfrasiabinI had a 10-session treatment course for severe anemia with Dr. [Doctoru2019s Name], and Iu2019m truly satisfied with the results and overall experience. Not only is she highly professional and knowledgeable, but she is also incredibly kind, compassionate, and patient. This place is ghetto. The wait time is rediculos. There is nothing worse than offices that don't pay attention to their front office/front desk. I know there are things behind the scenes we don't see, but they feel unorganized. Also, they were talking about why customers were there in the office. HIPPA violations! Why are you talking loud while walking out front. They were also doing consults out front in the sitting area. And why is there a broke down mini van in the parking lot that has spiderwebs all over it showing how long its been there. What in the world? This is what you get when you randomly use google maps. Thank God for Jazmin, she was personable and helpful and fast.

This clinic is amazing. One of the best experiences I have had in recent years. The staff is polite, friendly and knowledgeable. We were checked in quickly and did not wait long for our appt. Dr. Kambiz was kind and knowledgeable, as well. Thanks to all.

I had to get an ultrasound at this clinic, and the service was very poor. I received the results two months later, and requesting the ultrasound images was a frustrating and inefficient process. I feel like they donu2019t really care about the patient or the importance of an early diagnosis. Honestly, I donu2019t recommend their services.
