Had a very positive and welcoming experience today by both front desk and doctors and nurses. I was scared and unsure what urgent care to go to as I am from out of state working here in Alaska and very unfamiliar with the anchorage area. All those worries went out the door as I stepped foot inside and was offered service right away and with a friendly smile and assistance. Not to mention it was very convenient for me to get my antibiotics filled right there and didnu2019t have to rush to find a pharmacy before they all closed for the night around the area! Saved me time plus money and I would highly recommend them, especially for workeru2019s compensation related injuries.

Fantastic urgent care. The staff is very caring and helpful. They make the whole experience as easy and stress-free as can be. They are actually willing to do follow ups and you donu2019t feel as if they are pushing a prescription and trying to get you out the door. I was very impressed with the staffs attentiveness and thoughtfulness. I will happily go back and highly recommend them to anyone who needs quick, yet thorough care.

I am a third generation Alaskan, who leads a relatively active lifestyle (even in my 50s). Unfortunately, this tends to come with requiring medical attention from time to time. I have been a consistent patient of AMS Urgent Care since its inception and have nothing but positive things to say about the quality of professional medical care that I have received there for both injuries and illnesses. Iu2019ve been in Anchorage for almost a year and usually do not need urgent care services because I can see my PCP. Unfortunately I injured myself on the weekend. This place was amazing! The staff are so nice and welcoming, the clinic was clean and I left with answers! Thank you to Denise the PA and everyone else who made this visit amazing. The wait was barely a wait!
