I've seen Karina a couple times now, and she is a top notch provider. So kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Truly took her time with me and I never felt rushed. The MA was also super sweet and efficient. I usually don't leave reviews but thought you deserved a shout out :)

Would be zero stars if I could. Came in at 7:50 PM; they close at 9 PM (I was the only patient in the lobby, which shouldu2019ve been my first red flag). They let me sit there for 40 minutes before the u2018receptionistu2019 (most definitely just someoneu2019s son, who couldnu2019t even work the computer system) even attempted to enter my name into the system to get me called backu2014only to then tell me they couldnu2019t take me because they donu2019t accept my insurance. This was after I had already told and shown the u2018receptionistu2019 my insurance when I first arrivedu201440 minutes earlier. They completely wasted my time; I couldu2019ve gone somewhere else by then.nnWhen I was leaving, I asked for the form I filled out back since I wasnu2019t receiving any service and it contained my insurance info and SSN. And this lady who was not at the desk before, told me no. When I asked why they needed it when I wasnu2019t getting any service, the lady just kept repeating, u2018Weu2019ll shred it,u2019 over and over again like I hadnu2019t heard her the first time.nnThey also told me they donu2019t mail medical bills or provide them after service and that I had to pay immediately, yet when you scroll through the Google photos, you can see someone literally posted their unpaid medical bill. So Iu2019ll assume it was just discrimination.

This place is so bad if youu2019re sick youu2019d get better medical care from a barista. Also they wouldnu2019t know what u201cI have no copay because I met my deductibleu201d meant if it hit them in the head with a brick. If youu2019re sick I hope you feel better but please do it somewhere else :)

The medical staff here help us on a Saturday night, and worked almost one hour overtime.nnThe guy fell off bike on a broken Ann Arbor road after destroyed both rear wheel and rear disc brake. His helmet saved him from a much bigger mess. And the medical staff here saved us from too much worries. Thank you very much!
