I was in and out today in 15 minutes! It was so clean and modern inside! The staff was SO nice, from the sweet lady at the front desk, to the woman who checked my vitals, to the kind provider who came up with a stellar plan for fixing my infected fingernail without needing to drain it! So happy I found this place! Probably the best urgent care Iu2019ve ever visited in my life. Urgent care usually isnu2019t fun, but I had a genuinely enjoyable experience! Will definitely return!

Where do I begin. The positive, they seemed nice. The negative?? My daughter came in because she had a bad case of hives. She also had a wound on her toe and had them look at that as well. They did not inform us what was in and out of network, and what our approximate cost would be. They did a culture on her toe, not approved by her insurance, no notice on that. She was given a RX for antibiotics and we were on our way. I got a bill for $264 later, after my copay. When I called to inquire, I was talked to like I had no brain in my head. I'm a teacher with her masters degree, so not appreciated. She told me about the culture and I said that we never were told the approximate price for the culture. I also asked what the results were as were never informed. She said that there was no need to call us since the antibiotics she was on did cover her condition. I pressed asking what condition, what were the results. She said STAPH!! What the heck? We weren't told to watch it, it could be serious, weren't told to call back, they just let it go and charged the money. I didn't even know that could be the cause of her hives. BEWARE!! This place is a wolf in sheep's clothing.
