Paid $145 for Dr Rosemary to diagnose me with Covid without even giving me a Covid test. She prescribed me medication for Covid as well. I immediately went to CVS afterwards to take a FREE Covid test and tested negative. Apparently they failed to take payment while I was there so they called me to receive my CC info over the phone instead. When I told them about my inaccurate diagnosis there was no concern really other than getting the information to my CC.nnCan I also just say, I didnu2019t have a single respiratory symptom or complaint on my form. I went for fever, body chills, cold sweats, headaches, and nausea. She also listened to my breathing with her stethoscope and said my airway was clear, so Iu2019m so confused as to why I got diagnosed and treated for a respiratory virus.

Dr. Edjua was kind, thorough, and efficient. The front desk staff was helpful and compassionate about my being in distress. The facility is beautiful. I wish they called in prescriptions, as opposed to distributing the hard copy. Other than that, I cannot recommend enough. (This office is not even in my neighborhood. That's how much I like it.) Definitely a clinic I will recommend to family and friends. I've had two great experiences at this office. I was seen quickly and everyone was kind and professional. You do get a feeling that the doctors are truly listening to you and are not trying to push you out the door immediately. I felt heard and taken care of. Please keep up this great work!

Very nice people. Doctor Elena went above and beyond my expectations. Serves and satisfies during consultation. Helps out where there is a need. Receptionist is one hard working lady and even though I was the first patient there she kept a professional attitude overall. Love them. Hope your experience will be as good as mine!

Anytime MD Urgent Careu2019s services are great. There is a big difference from this practice compare to other urgent care facilities. I experienced great interpersonal and professional etiquette from Dr. Paul Edjua. I drove by for an emergency visit and I did not have to wait for several hours to be triage or screen, my medical treatment was excellent. The staff are very nice and professional.
