Everyone & everything was great until I went to the back. I waited an 1 hour plus in the room just for the doc to seem rushed & not really awknowlege my eye thatu2019s been red for weeks. Just told me to see an eye doctors & Didnu2019t even awknowledge that I told her I was bitten by something on my ear that was infected for weeks & I thought it traveled to my eye. She looked at me like I was crazy & said they arenu2019t related.Went to another doctor & I tested positive for Lyme disease. They told me THEY ARE RELATED! Same ear, Same eye on the same side! I TOLD HER something bit me & showed her pictures of my ear over time. I waited an hour for her to tell me it was just a popped blood vessel in not even 5 minutes & let me go. 1 hour wait to be told that Iu2019m not even 5 minutes because she felt rushed making me & other wait for a good hour. Donu2019t know her name, but sheu2019s an older u201cdoctoru201d. Staff is great, doctors arenu2019t. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND AFTER WHAT HAPPENED TO ME.

The good, bad, and ugly:Good: Spacious clinic, everyone was in positive spirits, good location.Bad: Don't set an appointment here, or if you do, you won't be seen until 30-40 minutes after your selected time. Once I was called back 35 minutes after the time, I waited in the room for the provider for an additional 25 minutes.Ugly: The way the chairs are set up and the waiting room is laid out you're definitely going to be around people who might get you sick. Masks are required but not everyone wore them. As someone with a non contagious issue, I really felt uncomfortable waiting so long and risking mine and my baby's health.

My son went in to get xrays for a possible broken wrist and fingers. He had a temporary cast with wrap on that was meant to stabilize his wrist AND his last 2 fingers.During the xrays, I wasn't allowed in but my son (13 years old) said she (female, 5-4, blonde hair in pony) was rude and short /didnt explain directions clearly and would give short 1-2 word directions. She wouldn't clearly explain what he needed to do or would make him do things he couldn't (ie bend pinky back when he can't move it) and got angry when he couldn't comply. After the xray I noticed she didn't re-wrap the temporary cast right. He had a hard part that stabilized his wrist but then the wrap was supposed to wrap around the last 2 fingers so they can't move. She didn't do this so I let the front desk know. Front desk staff was sweet and very helpful which is why I gave 2 and not 1 star. The tech came back up and I explained this to her and she said, it doesn't need to be wrapped the wrist is stabilized. I explained about the fingers and she said, I don't understand how this would be different and seemed very annoyed. I apologized and said I would've done it if I was medical and she responded, You don't need to be medical but ok. I was mortified as we were in the front lobby in front of all the waiting patients and everyone could see what was going on and hear it.I typically go to East Mesa NextCare and they are amazing all around but don't have xray which is why we ended up here. Needless to say I will be going to the Gilbert location if we have any future xray needs. Lesson learned.1st picture is of proper wrap via NextCare East Mesa. 2nd is of her wrapping after asking to rewrap. His thumb is also not right and cast is digging into him. Should have had doctor come fix it.
