Visited on 11/18/2025. Total time spent talking to a doctor was less than 5 minutes. Charge for the quick conversation with no prescription, no advice other than that I'd be fine? $50. Paid with my HSA card. Months later, I get a charge notifying me that it was actually $150.01! FOR A FIVE MINUTE CONVERSATION with no prescription, no medical advice, nothing. On top of this, the amount i was being billed for in the office at the time was false? Where is the extra $100 coming from?

Went in for phenomena testing and was refused an x ray due to u201cshort staffu201d and refused to refer me to a practice who could do it. Also had a technician who didnu2019t know how to administer a nasal swab. If you want to waste your time and money come here!

Very very slow service. Blood work report took quite few days to come through donu2019t know how the report gona come through via email or portal ? No communication yet. Letu2019s see how the service after this will be the follow up with doctor before deciding the final review. So far very slow service.

Only reason we go here is for Dr. Bhavani. Otherwise very poor service. Incorrect appointments and reschedule, wrong billing code to Insurance, we need to call Insurance and explain its part of annual visit, etc. No improvements for years.

I needed to go there because my primary care doctor wasnu2019t available soon emough. At the time of writing, this place had 4+ stars on Google which I extremely disagree with.I called in and asked if there is a wait - I was told no and I headed there. I checked in right away and still had to wait for 30 minutes in the lobby while they only took 1 person (with appointment) during this time. I was finally taken into a room.Then nurse came in her home cloths (gym pants and a hoodie), asked some questions, wrote them down on a piece of paper, took vitals and did a throat scrub test. and I had to wait another 25 minutes inside the room for the doctor to show up. Nobody told me Iu2019d have to wait for the test results or the doctor for that long.After about 20 minutes (of 25) I went and asked if they remembered about me and the doctor showed up a few minutes later. She literally spent 4 minutes with me. Just looked into my throat, ears, did some sinus tests and told me to take antibiotics or ibuprofen. Wow. Google can tell me that in less than 1 hour of wait. No reasoning for antibiotics (viral test wasnu2019t taken, so how did she know itu2019s a bacterial and not virus infection?).Regarding hives I had she said u201cyeah, it can be because of sun or something else, just put Cortizone if itu2019s itchyu201d. Another revelation I didnu2019t know.Obviously, I didnu2019t take antibiotics and today (1 day later) Iu2019m feeling almost healed completely. This clinic is an absurd without any professionalism whatsoever. I wonu2019t ever return again and would suggest going to a different place if you have a need for urgent care.Oh, and all the employees there are from India. Maybe I was treated that way because I am not from there? I have no idea and donu2019t want to investigate that.They didnu2019t care about me, my health problems or how to solve them. Please, think thrice before considering this place.
