Walked in and felt comfortable as to how clean and organized this facility was. Was treated with professionalism and treated with absolute care by one of the medical assistants, Carmen, who was very knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful with my questions and concerns.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with an urgent care. 5hrs of waiting outside for a covid test. No communication, no process just people standing around not working. This place should be reported. Avoid at all costs

This facility was very clean and the intake process was very easy. The staff at the clinic was phenomenal from the front desk to the MA'S and doctor on duty, Initial wait times were at least 15-30 min since it's a walk in clinic but once you're in everything went very smoothly. Carmen was very knowledgeable with all of my questions I had asked her, She made sure I was comfortable before doing any tests. The doctor had great bedside manners , explained everything thoroughly and was pleasant. I would absolutely go back again if needed.

Horrible staff from the front desk to the doctors nobody will listen to anything you say waited 2 hours just to be dismissed in a few minutes. Never take any of your family members here they are absolutely horrible. Donu2019t even waste your time. I had a horrible experience. The big white lady with blonde hair who works at the front desk is very rude, slow and lazy she needs to be fired asap. As someone whou2019s worked in the industry the level of service at this clinic is concerning.

Great friendly doctors and staff. This office is very professional, I didn't have to wait for a long time in order for my sick husband to be seen. Although there was a long line of people there, to do the Covid test, the Office Manager and Nurses brought me and my husband in right away to an isolated room away from the other patient's that were being tested. The doctor took very good care of my husband and his recommendation was greatly appreciated. I truly recommend this Urgent Care location for any of your health needs.
