Such a wonderful experience! My visit to Apple Urgent Care was absolutely great! My needs were taken care of quickly, efficiently and professionally. The staff was very courteous and friendly, and there was a very little waiting period to be seen during the time I was there because the staff was handling straight up A1 buisness! The level of care I received was a definite 10 in my book and I definitely recommend Apple Urgent Care in Hemet to anyone who is looking for quick, effective, top quality care. worse urgent care ever. Went in for a TB it took 2 hours and 30 minutes. I came back 48 hours to get IT LOOKED AT for a simple piece of paper. TOOK ANOTHER 2 HOURS! They had me sitting in room 3 for 45 minutes while all the nurses were out side the door giggling and doing who knows what. Never coming here again.

We saw a female physician, and the visit was quick, simple, and to the point. The physician was kind, knowledgeable, and listened to my son and his needs and came up with a plan quickly, and got us out and back home for my son to rest. Thank you ud83dude0a

This is by far one of the worst experience coming to this Urgent care. I brought my son to get his finger checked out because it was jammed and sliced open on a metal door, I checked in at 11:45ish am, they called us back into a room at 2:30pm. By 3:43 someone knocked and said they will be with us shortly. Keep in mind they have been calling patients into other rooms. So far I have heard them call about 9 people back, but yet we haven't been seen. I understand that it's an urgent care, but I believe it goes based on severity of the case and if not then first come first serve. I think I had better chances at a emergency room. Horrible experience. My son didn't get seen till about 430
