I had an excellent experience at Apt Urgent Care. Booking an appointment online was quick and easy, and being able to complete the necessary paperwork beforehand made check-in seamless. The staff, from the nurse to the PA, were friendly, efficient, and took the time to thoroughly explain my situation and the treatment plan. They also offered immediate relief options, which was much appreciated.nnThe facility itself is clean, modern, and comfortable. While there was a slight delay in verifying my insurance, this was likely more on the insurance side than the clinicu2019s fault. Once everything was sorted, the process moved quickly, and I didnu2019t have to wait long to be seen.nnThis was hands-down the best experience Iu2019ve had at an urgent care facility, and I wouldnu2019t hesitate to return if needed in the future. Highly recommend!

This facility was absolutely amazing. It was my first time there. They double checked to ensure my insurance was accepted. I was seen quickly. Dr. Idris was extremely kind and patient as I shared all my concerns. The front desk staff helped me navigate the self check in and I am so appreciative for their patience as I was having some challenges. 100% recommend and will be returning back whenever we are in need of care.

We had a great experience here - we were very stressed cause our 4 year old son had a fever. The staff at APT were so patient, polite, and made us feel super reassured. They promptly checked us in, rendered care and provided results very quickly - after confirming that our son had the flu, his prescriptions were promptly sent to the nearby heb and we were on our way.nnWe are so happy to find an urgent care close to home that provides quality service. We highly recommend APT!

I've been to Apt several times over the last 4+ years and have aside from one misdiagnosis early on, have had all good experiences. There's never been much of a wait and the NPs and PAs in my experience have been knowledgeable and friendly.
