I have been dealing with terrible back and hip pain along with joint inflammation. I was looking for a therapist who specializes in more than just a relaxing massage. I was lucky enough to find Iraida, at Health and Spirit Wellness Spa.nHer technique is on point, she knows every bone, every muscle and joint, she knows the movements and the pressure that each part of the body needs. I've had several sessions of lymphatic drainage massage along with therapeutic massage and the gnawing pain in my hip and my back has subsided. Overall I feel so much better since I have started my sessions at Health and Spirit Wellness Spa.nThe atmosphere in the salon, spa music and the amazing massage is enough to send me a million miles away from the pain and the stresses of everyday life. Iraida has the ability of putting her clients at ease and ensures you are comfortable throughout the massage. The time goes way too quickly.nEvery week I am looking forward to the session. Iraida is the best massage therapist I have ever been to (and I've been to about 15). She is able to find knots and sore spots and work them out even when I didn't't know I had them.nnShe truly cares about your health and helping you feel better. I just a tummy tuck 2 1/2 weeks ago with back lipo. The plastic surgeon recommended getting lymphatic drainage Massages for my healing process. I've had a severe amount of swelling, fluid build up along with lower back pain and inflammation that it was making it difficult to walk up straight without a walker when I should've been walking up the straight seven days ago. The therapist (Iraida) not only squeezed me in within 24 hours, but spent an extensive amount of time with me on the phone, explaining the process and answering my questions even prior to seeing me, which made me feel like she took a vested interest in wanting to help me get better. My lymphatic drainage Massage session was this morning, and when I walked in I was pretty much bent over at a 90u00b0 angle walking with a walker and when I left I was walking up straight without a walker, no longer feeling the strain/pulling by the incision line that I was feeling when I walked in. In addition, had a very good amount of pain relief in my lower back which was amazing. The results I felt within minutes of getting up off the table, so much so that without hesitation I purchased additional sessions and booked appointments for the upcoming week. I truly can't wait for my next appointment to come, highly recommend therapist Iraida she was truly a blessing for me during this very difficult/challenging/painful recovery process and absolutely knows what she is doing!
