Wow, I should have read the reviews. This practice really is as bad as the 2.4 stars suggests. I was scheduled for an appointment after verifying my insurance with the front desk associate, Silvia. Two days later I drove 40 minutes with a spinal injury to the clinic's location and once I arrived I was told my insurance was not good and I can't accept you. Over our quick and rather dismissive conversation, Silvia once again exhibited zero apathy for my situation, absolutely no concern or willingness to right her wrong in my scheduling time and without remorse for the entire situation she royalty screwed up. This is why so many people are angry with practices like Arbor family medicine, they DO NOT CARE about you and only look at your check book. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get proper care. These type of people and clinics should be black listed so other people needing real care don't have to go through this bs again and again. Shameful.

On 5/14/2025, my timely appointment with Dr. Kent Schreiber, M.D., was a very important; and extremely special, date for me.Not only was he very diligent & kind regarding numerous questions, and other concerns, prepared by my daughter Michelle & myself....Whereof, Dr. Schreiber, MD, was also very patient and attentive for all our comments & concerns....He is my primary care & best PCP doctor at Arbor Tree Medical Center. He is always very caring, attentive, & patient with all my needs & concerns. He always makes me feel safe; and fills my heart & mind full of hopes and blessings to cure all my health concerns and ailments through the whole year.

Melanie is the best! I always feel heard when I express my concerns, and I never feel judged. She is also very thorough and gives me options. The reason Iu2019m giving 4 stars is because Iu2019ve had labs done, and 90% of the time I have to call to find out the results, or it takes forever to get a call back. However, after my last acute visit about a week ago, they did call me in a timely manner.

This office is disrespectful of patients. Patients wait an hour past appointment times on a regular basis. This is unacceptable in this day and age. This is gross incompetence. I checked-in two days in advance and arrived early for my appointment. I had to leave due to other commitments after waiting more than an hour and being told the doctor still had patients to see before me. The office never called to apologize or to see if I was ok. The staff does not know how to manage a damn calendar, and the doctors are clueless on how to manage their time, why should I trust them with my health. Good God this is stunning. Avoid this place.

Nancy is phenomenal!! My family has been with her for 20+ years and it truly has developed into a very special relationship!Shes retiring this year and I wish her nothing but the best as she has taken such great care of my kids since they were born.I canu2019t say enough compliments about Nancy!!
