I recently visited Arbor Springs urgent care, in Ypsilanti and my experience was excellent. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive from the moment I walked in. The waiting time was minimal, which was a relief given the urgency of my situation. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the medical team quickly diagnosed and treated my issue with care and efficiency. I felt well taken care of and appreciated their thoroughness in explaining my treatment plan. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of prompt and reliable medical attention. Dr.Elhady and his team are wonderful!

It was very nice and clean inside the urgent care. The medical assistant at the front was super nice and answered many of my insurance questions, and overall was an amazing person. When It was time, Dr. Hatim came and checked on me for an std test, super professional and would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing urgent care and staff!!!!

Hatim the PA was phenomenal and the MA Bella was the nicest!! This urgent care was fast and more importantly clean!!! The PA knew what he was talking about and he was very respectful. Everyone here goes above and beyond!! I definitely will be coming back and recommend others to come see them! I wish I can give them more than 5 stars!!!

Answered the phone quickly, clean once we arrived, very very friendly and lucky for me my oldest needed a fast physical and they happen to be running a special, free sports physicals! We walked right in only waited 5 mins after paper work to be seen! As a mother i highly recommend this office
