The staff were really nice. The two doctors were horrible kind of sounded like they just wanted to save the company money by telling me. I was OK after I had an injury at work. I went back a couple days later told them I still donu2019t feel good and one doctor should I should feel fine already. He doesnu2019t know why Iu2019m hurting pretty much insinuating. Iu2019m lying And the second doctor said oh yeah no yeah youu2019re hurt. You should probably be fine two or three weeks. Just super unprofessional

I Was sent to ARC health center for a complete physical and drug screening. Having done this before for another company at concentra urgent care in South Reno I was expecting the experience to take all day 5 to 6 hours like it did last time I had to complete one of these.nI had brought plenty of reading to occupy the inevitable wait time between tests. My chagrin I was not able to do much of that reading.nAlthough I was sent without a complete docket of required paperwork for the physical the staff worked quite diligently to obtain the missing documents so I would not have to reschedule and come back another day.nnEven with having a relatively small waiting room, and the added complication from missing paperwork, these professionals managed their steady flow of patrons without letting their office feel like a can of sardines like other places I have been.nnEveryone from the front desk, the technicians, and even the very knowledgeable attending physician, was on top of their game and had me in and out in under 4 hrs!nnStrong work ladiesud83dudc4d thank you and keep up the great job.

This place is a Joke. No one that works here can do their jobs properly. The supervisor that did my blood draw couldn't find a vein in my first arm and was fishing around for it before I suggested my other arm. He was feeling around for one and couldn't find a vein on the new arm either until I showed him an easy vein. He put the needle in the new vein and still couldn't get blood. So he fished around again in this new arm until he got blood. Didnu2019t bother me at the time, just today Iu2019m just sore with some bruising.nnI also had to get a physical done, and the lady that checked me in didn't do my paperwork properly. So I had to go back to the waiting room and fill more paperwork out and wait to be seen again. Which wasnu2019t that long but I had to get the physical done so I waited.nnThis is the best part, I got called back by a different worker. I'm a CNA and am currently going to school to be a medical assistant so I know how to do blood pressure and eye screening tests.nnThis guy took my blood pressure without his stethoscope.. I asked him what my blood pressure was and he said 120/80 and that's completely inaccurate, I have low blood pressure. Plus how did he hear the systolic and diastolic? I continue to tell him that he was wrong. He told me that Iu2019m in the wrong and that Iu2019m doing blood pressure wrong and Iu2019m using an automatic one which in fact Iu2019m not. I listen to hear where the systolic and diastolic thumbs are when taking blood pressure with my stethoscopeu2026. He did not!nnThen he did my vision test and just asked what line I could read, without me reading any letters to him to insure I could in fact read them.nnI guess if youu2019re looking for a place that you can get away with hypertension and an inaccurate eye test this is the place to gou2026 job well done!

You will literally sit in the waiting room for a good 30-45 minutes up to an hour at least until someone decides to get to you after their convo about food and vacations. One of the ladies had an attitude with me when I asked if she was supposed to check me in in order to be seen. Then youu2019ll wait another 15-20 minutes in a room until they finally get to you ud83dude15Iu2019ve never been in a office that takes centuries to see you. And come to find out I WAS NEVER CHECKED IN PROPERLY!!!

Just had to come into this place for a DOT Cert the Young ladies at the front were very professional and very kind upon going to the back a Medical Assistant name Kevin took me to the back and was extremely unprofessional Iu2019m not sure if he was just having a day or it was just his young age and ego driven for his rude behavior I would recommend this establishment to everyone great place besides Kevin but I have to say Kevinu2019s Boss was very professional and really cool seems like Kevin needs to drop his ego and follow his bosses lead. Drop your ego Kevin your still wet behind the ears in life you have a lot of growing up to do
