I want to start by saying the in-store staff were absolutely wonderfulu2014friendly, helpful, and made the purchase process easy. They provided excellent service, which I really appreciated.nnUnfortunately, the experience took a turn when my package arrived. It had clearly been opened during shipping, and some items were missing. I contacted customer service right away, and while they were empathetic and responsive, I was informed that the shipping insurance wouldn't cover the loss because the package was sent in a type of packaging that wasn't eligible for coverageu2014something I was never told at the time of purchase.nnItu2019s frustrating to feel like I did everything right and still ended up at a loss, especially when the issue couldu2019ve been avoided with clearer information upfront. Again, the staff themselves were great, but I hope the store can review its shipping and insurance policies to prevent this kind of situation for others in the future.

This location price gouges. Tried to charge me $45 ground service to send a small package thatu2019s half a pound. Went to a different location and paid $12 for the same service to send ups ground.. BEWARE! I got home and even checked UPS website and it states $14. photo attached from website quote

At this store, paid nearly $70 to send a key overnight in December 2024. It did not arrive at its destination until 3 days later. Tried to file claim online with UPS. UPS message - go to store for refund. Store won't refund me the $$$. Store filed claim with UPS - went back to the store 5 times in 11 weeks to tell them UPS Corporate has not refunded me the money. They provided me with a customer service (CS) number. I called CS today. CS told me the store must refund you the $$$. Store won't issue refund. I gave up - I have spent hours of my time to get the refund. I have all the supporting documentation, still no refund. UPS ripped me off $70. Corporate America at its best doing everything possible to rip off their customers. I won't be back to this store or any other UPS store to do business.nnResponse to Owner's comment: I visited the store 5 times in-person to get my refund and the store refused and now you want me to contact customer service and waste more of time. You have all the supporting documentation at the store in your log. The store had 5 times to get this right and refund me the $$$, but didn't chose to do so.
