I have been going to AZITTS for about two years now. Honestly, I haven't had anything negative to say about them until recently. One person I DO want to praise is Dr Medina. She is so easy to work with, she makes sure that everything is sent in & she truly cares about her patients. I am unsure if the company is being ran by someone new, but within the last 6 months, it has completely gone downhill. They never answer their phones (NEVER!), when you leave a VM it takes an entire day to get someone to call back and it's always the wrong department. I have had to drive to the physical office before because I had a scheduled appointment and they didn't answer the telehealth call. I was in need of a prescription refill and the only way you get them sent in is to meet with the doctor. Makes sense, but how can you do that when they don't ever uphold their end of the schedule? Being someone who is on medications for ADHD and depression, it's crucial to stay on top of it and not miss days if you can help it. It's been really tough making that work with the receptionists they hire/fire constantly. At the end of the day, I stay with them because they have my history of meds, they're close to my house and they work with my insurance. It makes me sad knowing that they're unorganized to the point that it's causing issues with patients.......

I have had a great experience with Dr Madina. How many pyschiatrist stop to take the time to know you? Most just want to know how your meds are. Dr. Madina will call you back nights and weekends if needed. Plus she shows interest in her pts. She asks questions about me and my family. I was just telling someone about the clinic. I have also had a positive experience with Ashley. She has helped me out a lot to. Thank you Dr Madina and the rest of the staff.

I've been going to this office for 6 months now. I go weekly (Online or In-office) and have not had any issues with scripts not being sent, the practitioner being late, or miscommunication of any kind like other offices I have been to. They take care of multiple different health concerns I have. Plus they are able to take blood draws in the office or schedule them to your home! The front office is awesome & started recognizing me by name the 2nd time I ever came in, the MA's/RN's make you feel extremely comfortable and go out of their way to make sure you get everything you need, and I see Dr. Medina - She is wonderful in all ways and one of the few doctors that became a doctor for all the right reasons! Highly Recommend.

My experience here has been great. Trinity at the front desk is especially helpful, always going out of her way to assist me in anyway. Dr. Medina is compassionate and I am incredibly grateful to her and her staff!
