I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at this doctoru2019s office. When I arrived for my appointment, I was already aware that my deductible had been met, so I expected no issues with payment. However, when the doctor came out to see me, she immediately harassed me about the payment, demanding that I pay for the visit right then and there. Despite my attempts to explain that my deductible had already been met, she was insistent and rude.nnEventually, I agreed to pay the fee for the office visit just to avoid further conflict, but the doctoru2019s behavior only became worse. She was openly hostile, and I felt completely uncomfortable and disrespected throughout the entire interaction. It was shocking to experience such unprofessionalism from someone in the medical field.nnI would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Her attitude and approach made a routine medical visit incredibly distressing, and I left feeling more upset than when I arrived. There are far more compassionate and professional doctors out thereu2014do yourself a favor and find one who truly cares about their patients.

Dr. Goginevi is a phenomenal doctor! She is meticulous, compassionate and spends time with her patients answering questions and providing treatment ideas. I am truly lucky to have found her. Her staff is very positive and professional as well.

Dr G has a great caring attitude and a beautiful personalty. She is very thorough with her explanations and does not hesitate to answer any questions. Love the staff what a great customer service and the office is always clean it has a very nice/calm atmosphere. Personally I will keep coming back until she retires. Very much recommended doctor.

Yesterday's endocrinologist appointment did not go as planned. I typically attend these appointments without disclosing my professional background, which sometimes leads people to underestimate my knowledge and research experience. I have been conducting extensive research and consulting with other doctors in different states regarding my health issues. Unfortunately, yesterday's appointment was not well-prepared, and the doctor's bedside manner was subpar. I was repeatedly interrupted, and my questions were left unanswered, leaving me with even more uncertainty. The doctor's suggestion of a 72-hour fasting period in a hospital setting was alarming. I sought a second opinion from nurses and doctors, who unanimously advised against this approach. My expectation was for the doctor to start from scratch, ordering lab tests to determine the cause of my symptoms. Instead, the doctor was condescending, dismissive of my symptoms, and implied that my previous doctor in Alaska was incorrect. I expressed my disappointment to the doctor, emphasizing my desire to start anew and establish a relationship with a primary endocrinologist. I am now seeking a refund from the office, as online reviews echo my complaints about the doctor's demeanor.

Absolute worst experience of my life with a doctor and a waste of my time and money. If I could give zero stars I would. I came into the office and was seated in a sparse room with just two chairs not even bed for an examination so the doctor could atleast pretend like she was giving me an exam. She came in immediately telling me there was nothing she could do for me then yelled at me to go find a dermatologist if my hair was following out even though I had prior blood work demonstrating Thyroid disease. Iu2019m so upset at the complete lack of professionalism and courtesy with absolutely no bedside manner. A complete sham of a practice. But if you want to get in quick to see an endocrinologist, she will gladly take your money.
