I have been seeing the same Doctor for the last 3 years at this center. Some of my wounds are healing better now since I left Baptist Health wound care. The Doctors and Nurses are so busy at this ARCARE Wound center.. I can't even get them to call me back. Or order me my new power Chair. Now I miss every appointment and I can't even get my medication or food. Taking out trash is the worst thing. It is piling up in my apartment. It is like they don't care.

Rudest receptionist Iu2019ve ever met in a health care system. Acted as if my children and wife coming in to be seen was a problem, was mad that we werenu2019t already patients and was just out right disgusting in behavior you job as a health care professional is to be kind courteous to others. The doctor as well basically refusing to see my children because heu2019s uncomfortable with children should never be allowed at a FAMILY MEDICAL CLINIC what a joke.

(2nd) Review)Today 05/24/2023) I made an appointment for a nurse visit,for lab only! When I get there,they tried to put me in a room with Dr humpry..and I kindly declined and said that I was there simply for a nurse visit,and that I don't see him anyway,I see Susanne! So after I did my lab,I said that I don't want to see him for my follow Up, that's when the little rude bleach blonde girl up front said that nobody else is there to do primary care but him..and that Susanne is no longer available! Ok so now I have to find another clinic because I don't want a male doctor, and I don't appreciate the fact that they didn't tell me that until I asked today! They just tried to force me to switch to this man without even telling me that my usual primary care physician wasn't available anymore! That's so disrespectful and uncaring to the patient! (1)st (review(2022)really haven't ran across a doctor in Jacksonville Arkansas that I like! But my encounter with dr.hernandez was typical for a male physician! Arrogant and only listened to respond, thinking that he knew what was best for me,by only seeing me for the first time?! I told him that I had not been taking my diabetes medication for a while because I had moved,and my previous doctor was giving me samples until medicaid approved to pay for it..He said that my ac1 was too high at 9,I told him that was an improvement from 13! He still prescribed a higher dosage of my medication, which he did get an approval from medicaid for me,the only good thing I must acknowledge! But the higher dose made me sick ud83dude37 with unbearable side effects! So I had to go back into the office to see him again, so he switched my medication back to normal, but once again tried to force me to take yet another add on diabetes medication, even though medicaid paid for it...I refuse to take it, I'm still suffering side effects from the other medication that he prescribed! I don't need a man who doesn't listen to me and thinks that he is always right,and disregards the patients symptoms and experiences,if I did not do my research on those diabetes medications and the horrible side effects and damage that they caused, I would probably be worse off than I am now! Jacksonville doesn't really have any good doctors from my experience, can't just say it's dr hernandez!!!
