Avoid this place! First time using this urgent care from a friend recommendation and am so frustrated with the entire visit.nnFront desk worker was extremely rude & disengaged. She charged my credit card for a u201cdeposit deductibleu201d and incorrectly told me my in-network copay was not included in this. When I asked what this deductible covered she told me it was because people are not paying their bills so Arlington is charging more money up front to cover costs. So Iu2019m paying for everyone elseu2019s bills??? Still fighting this.nnAfter getting swabbed by the nurse who took my symptoms down on a post-it note, the doctor came in and gave me maybe 5 minutes of his time with no diagnosis. Chalked it up to many different viruses going around. Was quickly discharged and now Iu2019m being charged $200 for getting swabbed.nnI felt completely rushed and I left with no clue why I felt so bad. Still fuming - choose another urgent care.

2nd person there today when they opened. Still took over an hour to be seen. Was tested for strep, flu, and Covid. All negative. Once in the room I was told it would take 15 minutes but I waited 40 minutes. Only to talk to the doctor for less than 5 minutes. They wanted to do an xray but couldnu2019t tell me how much it would cost. I had to pass as the visit was already $75. Iu2019m a college student. I told them my pharmacy was Giant Eagle they sent it to CVS instead. I had to call asking where my perscription was. Dr gave me no tips to start feeling better. Said nothing when looking in my ears, nose and throat. Not a super great experience. I understand I was negative on the tests, but some tips/advice to help feeling better would have been nice.

Excellent experience and facility! Staff from start to finish were all very kind and patient. I was impressed with how quickly the whole process took, in no way felt rushed though. Will absolutely be back and highly recommend.

This review is for the Bexley location, but the business as a whole is shady regarding its billing practices. I was billed TWICE for my visit - I initially gave the receptionist one card, which they charged, and then remembered that my new health insurance policy wanted all medical-related purchases to be put on my health insurance's credit card, so I presented this second card, which they also charged. I was told at my appointment that I would receive a refund for the original charge in 2-3 business weeks. Well, it's been three months, and I still haven't received a refund. I have tried contacting Molly, their billing manager, several times, and I cannot get in touch with her. Sucks cause otherwise the care I received here was great, but I cannot recommend this business.

I cannot stress enough how utterly disappointing and frustrating my experience was at Upper Arlington Urgent Care. From start to finish, this facility demonstrated a complete lack of respect for patients' time, dignity, and medical needs.nnDespite having an appointment, I was forced to wait over two hours before being seen. When I asked about the delay, the staff offered no explanation or apology, as if my time meant nothing to them. This level of disregard for patients is unacceptable, especially in a medical setting where people are often in pain or distress.nnOnce I was finally seen, the nurse who attended to me was shockingly rude and dismissive. I came in with a knee injury, and instead of showing any empathy or professionalism, she treated me as though I was wasting her time. Her attitude was condescending and unhelpful, leaving me feeling more frustrated than when I arrived.nnTo make matters worse, the person who evaluated my knee barely gave it a proper examination. They spent maybe two minutes looking at it, asked a few half-hearted questions, and then sent me on my way with no real diagnosis or treatment plan. It was clear that they were more interested in rushing through patients than providing quality care.nnThe 4.7-star rating this place has is an absolute joke. It does not reflect the reality of the poor service, lack of professionalism, and outright negligence I experienced. Save yourself the frustration and seek medical attention elsewhere. There are far better urgent care facilities that actually care about their patients and provide timely, competent care.nnUpper Arlington Urgent Care, you should be ashamed of the way you treat people. Do better.nn---nnFeel free to adjust any details to better match your experience!
