They charged me almost $1000 when I just wanted to get my son a strep test!!! And because they falsely bill their services as hospital care my insurance won't pay for it. It's criminal what their doing with the billing. They need to be prosecuted. I'll never go back.

I am extremely frustrated with the healthcare service. I waited for over two hours in urgent pain, and when I asked the receptionist about the delay, I was told that I could either cancel and come back another time or visit another place. This lack of empathy and management is unacceptable. There should be better communication and prioritization of urgent cases. I expected more care and professionalism, especially in such situations. Please donu2019t come to this place.

I tried calling this location Dec. 20, 24 @12:32 and they refused to answer the phone. Called again and when I was transferred to my doctor again No ONE answered the phone. My =call was about the wrong medication I was given. Still after 4 days the doctor or staff have not responded. I am truly worried about keeping them as my primary care.

I scheduled an urgent care visit through their app, completing all necessary forms and signatures online. Upon arrival, I was informed that I would have to wait at least an hour because they do not prioritize online appointments. This information was not disclosed anywhere on their website or app. Why offer an online scheduling system if it doesn't expedite the process? Ultimately, I waited over two hours after arriving.
