Great appartments, perfect for college and early career individuals. Lots young professionals. Quiet yet energetic energy here. People are friendly. Within walking distance to the quarter, the river, warehouse district, stadiums, and a few blocks away from the parade routes for Mardi Gras. Grocery store and parking structure across the street. Good selection of restaurants, and social areas. Clean and well maintained building with good amenities including pool, grilling area, package lockers, social/common area and a well equiped, clean, and maintained gym. Staff is friendly, helpfull and responsive. Easy access to downtown, highways, uptown, and westbank from here.

Living at The Paramount has been an amazing experience! The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, with fantastic amenities like the pool and gym. The staff is friendly and responsive, always quick to address any concerns. Of my 8 years in New Orleans l, this has by far been my favorite place to live! Centrally located in downtown and close to all major activities (Saints games, parades, concerts). The staff at the Paramount are great and helpful 24/7. They also have great community events throughout the year to help meet the other residents. A great living experience!

I spent my first year of medical school living at The Paramount, and it was truly an exceptional experience. Christi Aydell, the property manager, was incredibly professional and consistently went above and beyond u2014 even giving me a 4-page list of restaurant recs when I first moved in and patiently helping with everything from move-in to move-out. Lisa was also amazing during my departure: compassionate, detailed, and truly helpful.nnConcierge: The front desk team (especially Kyra and Gigi) made every day brighter. They greeted residents warmly, remembered names, and were always willing to help u2014 from storing packages in the fridge to loaning dollies for heavy lifting. Their kindness created a strong sense of community.nnFacilities: The gym is fantastic u2014 as a runner, I never had to wait for a treadmill u2014 and all my packages were reliably stored in secure lockers. Maintenance was prompt (almost always within 24u201348 hours), and the lease terms were clear and transparent from the start.nnLocation: The South Market location is unbeatable: a 2-minute walk to Rouses and CVS, and just a block from FedEx and USPS. As a young woman walking from the Premium Parking garage late at night, I always felt safe. There's 24/7 concierge presence, and the area is well-lit and secure.nnNoise was minimal overall u2014 walls are not thin as some reviewers have mentioned u2014 though one may occasionally hear heavy footsteps from above. Lastly, my neighbors were generally far more friendly than other apartments I've visited. In fact, the Paramount complex feels more like a tight-knit community.nnIf you're a student or young professional moving to NOLA, especially on your own, The Paramount is a smart, safe, and stress-free choice.
