I was in an auto accident a week ago, and went to AS medical group for treatment. The office was friendly and welcoming, and very easy to work with. The office staff was helpful with the process and setting up furtive appointments. I will certainly be coming back for any of my medical needs.

Very unprofessional staff. Nurse didn't arrive until 10:40 and then after she gets there and sits down to eat her breakfast at the front desk. The MAs were talking to her trying to decide if they were gonna see me after i sat waiting for the nurse to arrive which was almost a hour. The lobby was empty and it was 4 people working including the nurse. She was rude and nasty when she spoke to me about not wanting me to be seen. What was the purpose of them being open if the employees don't wanna work??!#. Maybe that's why the lobby was empty. I wouldn't let this manager sell hot dogs on the corner for me!!!! I wouldn't even recommend this place to someone i don't like

They say Urgent Care however, I took a coworker in on 12/12 who had cut themselves at work and needed a few stitches and a tetanus shot. When we walked in the girl at the front desk ran because she was afraid of blood. The Man who said he was the provider said I needed to go to the ER. I ended up at another Urgent Care that was close and was taken are of. It was a simple cut only took 4 stitches to close. This was a horrible first impression as our employer wanted to know how the service was in case we had any other employees injured on the job. It's honestly hard to believe with the location that they were unable to take care of him because there is a ton of shops in that area I am sure have injuries all the time.

Overall the experience I had made me feel like this place shouldnu2019t be open to the public. The front desk girl was rude and she was supposed to be training another gal, who I honestly felt horrible for. The girl that took my blood pressure and temperature didnu2019t even do it correctly. When the u201cdoctoru201d (thatu2019s a strong word) came in he barely checked me out and was like u2018itu2019s probably a virusu2019nWhich if he had taken the time to actually look at my throat he would have figured out I had tonsillitisu2026.which is what I found out after going to another place that was a legit urgent care.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION All three ladies did not know how to do there job. 2 of them did not want to take my insurance the other girl made it seem like she couldnu2019t find a way to either FAx/ send via email or anything to my employer on my status on me not being able to return to work the ladies here shouldnu2019t be working here I was in extreme pain an they gave me a run around on how they couldnu2019t see me an that it was clearly they didnu2019t do much to learn nor get this position
