I was the only patient but the wait times were still inexplicably long. The outcome was to be a prescription sent into my local CVS, which did not happen. Tried to call, they donu2019t answer their phone, you have to talk to a call center in India. So drove back to argue for them to actually call the pharmacy.nAny business that collects peoples money but wonu2019t pick up the phone to address issues is a business I want nothing to do with. Will not return.

Failed to request prior approval from my insurance for labs and then have completely abdicated all responsibility for submitting paperwork to correct their error while continuously promising to help for 3 months straight. No matter how good the doctors are, the billing department call center will make you regret ever being a patient here.

Donu2019t tell you until you show up for your appt that the doctor is running 45 mins behind. Great doctors but terrible wait time/poor communication

While the doctors of this office are great, dealing with the corporate entity of Westmed has been beyond horrible. They continue to send us incorrect bills and expect payment but will not fix the errors. The general email address gets no response and the phone number puts me on hold for hours at a time. There is no accountability within this group and expect payment that is not warranted. I view this as fraud and morally corrupt. Once I get these invoices corrected, we will never utilize this group for any medical services. It is a shame they put women, especially new mothers, through this.nnUpdate 8/30/22 - We are still experiencing billing issues with Westmed. This has been the worst experience of both my personal and professional lives. We try to call the office listed on the invoice and receive a different representative / answer every time. They also state that they are adding our notes to our file, which never amount to a change in our account. I am assuming our bill will be sent to a collection agency since I refuse to pay for it (I have already paid the bill - they are charging me a second time).

Iu2019m not sure why it is so difficult for a doctors office which confirms that they have sent a refill renewal in for birth control does what they say. they will. This is like the third time that this is happened. Outsourcing your customer service to a call center overseas is not helping your practice or patient experience quality.
