I went to the Wappingers Location. The wait time was not that long, front desk staff were friendly. I was especially impressed with the providers PA Vincent. He took the time to explain my condition along with the treatment. He was compassionate and knowledgeable. It did not feel like I was at an urgent care but the care I would get from a primary doctor.

I love the staff at this location! They always make me and my family feel comfortable. They are very knowledgeable and diagnose our issues correctly. A couple of years ago one of the female practitioners diagnosed me with a pulmonary embolism and saved my life!

In and out in probably 30 minutes. Everyone from the lady at the front desk, the nurse who took my vitals and the Dr were extremely friendly and seemed like they actually cared. The place is spotless. Made me feel comfortable, listened to and they eased my mind from what I was worried about.

I was kicked in the leg by a horse, swelling, pain, got better for a day and then worse so I went to this office early Sunday April 13. I was seen fairly quickly and an NP gave me a prescription for an xray and ultrasound. Had to go to an imaging center where I got the xray, but they said the prescription did not specify which kind of ultrasound (I didn't even know there was more than one kind). Called Pulse to explain, but that NP was not in the office that day and no one else could read the chart and correct the oversight. Called the imaging center 4 days later to see if anyone had analyzed the xray, they said they report to my prescriber and she was the only one who could discuss it with me. Called Pulse back again, repeated the issue with the ultrasound and asked what the xray showed - turns out that NP is not scheduled to be in for several days. The receptionist I spoke to today (April 17) was sympathetic and said she's see what she could do. Leg still painful and swollen, I don't even know if I broke anything yet! And still haven't heard back from ANYONE.

Went there today, was forgotten about while in the exam room, overheard communication amongst clinicians in the hallway not knowing who is in what room, like they no idea what was going on, the same nurse who took my vitals came in and asked what I was waiting for and my name. Results for my flu test took forever, pretty sure they forgot about that too cuz once I showed my face the results came in less than 5 min later. Also the receptionist charged me $120 for the visit because she thought I was self pay when the insurance paperwork I literally just filled out was right next to her. I asked about it and she refunded me. Lastly, I have yet to have the prescription sent to my pharmacy and it has been HOURS, not sure when itu2019ll get sent over if at all, I called and had to leave a voicemail because no one answers. Overall a terrible experience, along with feeling like total crap, no prescription yet, I had to deal with all this too.
