I went to my appointment and was told to leave after I did my urine sample keep in mind I am pregnant and it was hot outside and there was no one in the office only me . I was using the restroom and as I got out there was a nurse in front of the door judging me and asking me why I donu2019t have a primary doctor yet. I just moved to Modesto and been trying to get a primary since I got pregnant. It was very rude and selfish. Unprofessional and rude

This is the worst clinic Iu2019ve ever seen in my life. I waited over 3 hours to be seen when I was the only one there it takes forever to get an appointment and when you do get an appointment, they donu2019t even check you correctly. The doctor had a really nasty attitude I do not recommend this place at all. It was a nightmare. I recently got bit by a spider, and they wanted me to wait over a month for an appointment to be seen.

I've been going to Aspen for many years now and they have never been disrespectful or rude. They care about their patients, especially Matt Freitas. He is always on top of getting the best treatments for his patients. In the middle of Covid, I needed a doctors appointment, and he was so quick to call me and discuss everything.

I lost my private insurance several months ago and due to the pandemic, I have had trouble finding an appointment to refill my prescriptions. I had a nightmare experience with another practice in town and so my insurance called Aspen to see if they could see me. They were able to provide me a phone appointment the same day. I had me prescriptions in hand within a few hours. They were so nice and accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new provider.

I've been going to the this clinic for 6 years, and they are a God sent for many reasons. I have limited income, and it's reasonable. The staff is always kind, informative, and helpful. Dr. Freitas always takes his time to answer my concerns, without making me feel rushed.nWalk in accepting until the pandemic. And in regards to this pandemic, they have continued to be very accommodating to our needs. Thank God for our essential front liners. Bless you!!!
