Went in for flu symptoms same as everyone else who was seen within the 2 hours I was there. I waited for the clinic to open and being I was one of the first I suppose thatu2019s why the room was freezing. The two assistants I saw before the nurse were very friendly. I was tested for strep and the flu. Both came back negative. Prior to the nurse entering the room to inform me of the results, I overheard her and a male colleague discussing the negative flu results. His suggestion was to test again considering the symptoms I had because he had experienced 2 false negatives the day prior. She didnu2019t feel the need to and I wish she did and I wish I would have spoken up about what I overheard. It did feel like a rushed interaction. I went elsewhere after thinking about it when I got home and sure enough I am flu positive. I just ask to take more care and concern about what the patients are feeling because that would have saved me time I could have been at home resting with a proper prescription and of course another copayment fee. I support getting people in and out in a timely manner to care for all the patients going in but donu2019t cut the care short because you donu2019t feel like taking another reasonable step.

Went in for ear pain. It was quick, but I understand the at urgent cares canu2019t doo much more than give you meds to help with the symptoms, not the underlying cause. They did give me a referral to a ENT doc and it all went smoothly. Even when I had to call them to switch the prescription to another store. Thank you!

Excellent Service from the get-go . Extremely professional and yet down to earth people . Receptionist was excellent , knowledgeable and very well spoken and very organized in taking and giving information, instructions and documentation. She provided excellent responses and instructions. We were seen by a young lady who also was excellent in taking information she was extremely professional and knowledgeable as well. The we were finally seen by Mr William Rowland who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and down to earth . He treated each of us thoroughly and completely he gave us instructions on what to do to take care of our ailments , he also gave us medication to take care of our immediate symptoms. Thank you Mr Rowland for your professionalism and for the caring you showed towards our family !
