If there was an option for a zero star, I would have done that. 1 star is too much. The doctor care was very good. The billing was the issue. We were lied to and deceived. The service is $499.00 per visit. I'm shocked at the leverage that is applied. We came and were pressured to pay $499.00 for heath care. This is robbery! They are taking advantage of everyone!! They wanted to run this amount through my insurance, I said NO because I have a high deductible and your $499bill will come back to me. She said we have a cash price of $150.00 and nothing would be sent to your insurance company. I am irritated at the leverage applied!! Here my wife is sick and I get pressure to pay a high price!! There front office are liars and deceivers!. Sure enough we leave and the women process it to my insurance company! And, sure enough I get another bill. It's bad enough for me to be subjected to the increases from our national and local economy. But, to flat out be deceived for the gain of money from an essential service! This is robbery!!!

On one occasion, we were told the wait time was going to be about an hour. About 2 and a half hours later, we left. My 5 year and 2 year old had no patience left. On another occasion, my 5 year old went in for an eye infection. We waited a total of an hour before being seen, and the doctor come in, and left exactly 30 seconds later. He didn't even do a check up to see if anything else was wrong, just said, Yep. That's pink eye! And prescribed her medication. We went and got a second opinion for that, and she also had an ear infection. On the last occasion, my husband visited for foot swelling. They prescribed him blood pressure meds. We got a (better) second opinion, and he was retaining water. Moral of the story, they could care less about their patients and are only there to make a quick dollar and push prescriptions. Don't go here if you want a doctor to listen to your concerns.

I went in for a hurt foot and the doctor took X-rays and looked at them for 4 seconds before sending me on my way. I sat in the lobby for 2 hours waiting to be seen and then in the room for another hour just to be sent on my way afterward. He didnu2019t bother to even check my foot out and told me I was fine. Iu2019m beyond furious. He told me I could walk on it and Iu2019m fine despite the fact that I had genuine agony walking on it. DONNOT go here if you have anything more than a mild flu.

Theyu2019re beyond overextended (closing at 8pm and turning people away by 1pm). I, too, experienced the u201chave some steroids and antibioticsu201d assessment with minimal addressing of the symptoms Iu2019ve had for several days. It was unfortunate. They were not rude, just unaware and too busy to look at the human being and consider the problems. Lesson learned. If it doesnu2019t warrant an ambulance and the hospital (in SLC) Iu2019ll take my chances at home moving forward.

You canu2019t just assume everyone that comes through the door has the same thing. They kept telling me I had Noro virus and take anti diarrhea medicine and nausea drugs. Came back two days later telling them something was wrong and they said same thing with no test just turned me away wouldnu2019t even see me. Well thatu2019s not what I had, I actually had two food born bacteria. Ended up in the hospital because these people think they know it all and they are pretty full of themselves. Anti diarrhea medicine will kill you with that kind of toxic bacteria, they told me that in the hospital. Donu2019t go here unless youu2019re willing to meet the reaper. Non-compassionate staff, lazy useless mouthy receptionist that should be fired. I was not tested just told I had the Noro virus with 103 fever and 4 IV. Tried to deliver my results and speak to Dr White today because the hospital told me to get the information to them to let him know what happened but I was told I had to pay him to speak with him. Why would I pay you people anything when it nearly cost me my life? Since I already paid you, you owe me a few minutes of your time and since I didnu2019t get that you can take a public review instead. These people will not treat you with compassion they will humiliate you and try to make you feel bad for advocating for your own health and take your money with a smile on their face. Scum of the earth. See attached labs. Gosh, if only someone actually ran test sooner I might not have almost died! After reading other reviews seems like this clinic should be investigated and they owe a lot of people an apology as well as firing that rude mouthy receptionist ( the one working today at 2:30 pm October 18, 2023)
