My boyfriend had to come back for a wound check up and we were seen by nurse Paula and Dr. Seymour. Paula had just won an award, iconic, and was so sweet and caring. Dr. Seymour was cool as hell! Very funny and chill guy. We talked about the show The Pitt as he drained Ryanu2019s wound and he gave us an honest run down of how to treat the infection going forward. We wish he could be Ryanu2019s full-time doctor!! Thank you Dr. Seymour and Nurse Paula for such an excellent care. We fully recommend this clinic to others.

Best experience Iu2019ve hadnSharon at the front desk took my call and was pleasant when I arrived.nMy nurse whose name was Shea was very nicenDr. Seymour was excellent. Took a huge chunk of glass from my foot and the whole visit was fun and full of laughs. My wife came along for support and the whole staff was welcoming to her as well. The nurse who gave me the antibiotics before I left was also very kind to us! I would recommend this place to anyone!!! Keep up the great work !

From start to finish, I had an exceptional experience at this clinic! The wait time was minimal, the care I received was thorough and compassionate, and I felt genuinely taken care of. Thank you to Dr. Sevilla and the entire team!

I came in with a raging fever, coughing, and had thrown up. Even with a negative flu test, clinicians here were convinced it was a false negative and decided blood tests were irrelevant, thatu2019s theyu2019d prove I had the flu. If they had done the tests, I would have found out I had pneumonia, which ended up hospitalizing me a few days later. Before going to the ER, I called the after-hours clinic to speak to the doc Iu2019d seen (at his request to follow up), trying to notify him I was worse and ask what I should do. The snotty southern woman who answered the phone told me theyu2019re very busy and itu2019d be hours before theyu2019d call me back, which they never did.nIu2019m middle aged and overall very healthy; that doesnu2019t mean Iu2019m not very sick. I was written off and told to take codeine cough syrup and Tylenol, when what I needed was an antibiotic. If theyu2019d taken a more conservative (and might have cost me more money out of pocket, oh well), I could have saved a week of missed work and two nights stay in the hospital by getting in antibiotics 6 days sooner.nAny of these doc in the box places just give you codeine cough syrup and send you on your way.nThe doc was very nice but I wish heu2019d taken my symptoms more seriously, been more comprehensive in his consideration of possibilities, and followed up with me. Calling in after following through with the prescribed regimen and being told theyu2019re very busy is terrible customer service and delayed my choice of when to seek more serious treatment.

Obviously, I donu2019t wanna go back, no one wants to go back to the doctor, but if I had to go back, I wouldnu2019t mind going back here! Waiting room was chill not boring not exciting. My doctor was great. I had Dr. Seymour, but Seymour of me? I hope not. He seems to know what heu2019s doing and heu2019s funny
