I recently had an outstanding experience at our local urgent care with my 17-year-old son, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which was a relief during a stressful time. The medical team was not only professional but also genuinely caring. They took the time to thoroughly assess my son's condition and explained every step of the process in a way that was easy for us to understand. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident, and it was clear that they were committed to providing the best possible care. What truly stood out was the compassionate approach of the entire staff. They made sure my son was comfortable and reassured throughout the visit, which made a world of difference. The facility was clean and well-organized, and we felt safe and well-cared for from start to finish.Thank you to the amazing team at our local urgent care for turning a potentially stressful situation into a positive experience. We are grateful for your dedication and exceptional service!

Normally I don't do reviews but they definitely deserve 5 stars! We had 5 children & 2 adults to be seen. Helpful and patient front office staff. Waiting time was pretty quick. Doctor & supporting staff were thorough, and we didn't feel rushed. Quickly sent over prescriptions as well. Will definitely go here again if needed ud83dude42

It is so nice to have Aspire Urgent care here in our hometown. I have been there a few times. It's so hassle free checking in. Everyone treats you with so much respect. The whole staff is great. The doctors are exceptional. It's nice and clean . They have a big waiting room, everyone isn't jammed up together. I give it 5 Sars.

Horrible Place !!I have never been treated so badly and rudely at a Healthcare facility before and I'm over 50 years old.I was extremely sick and my entire right calf was pooling blood and bright red.I could barely function that day so I get there a bit after 5. There walking hours posted and online are until 5:30 pm. Their staff was in and the doctors as well. The receptionist went to get a nurse, a brunette in black scrubs, who I told I was extremely sick and showed her my leg.Instead of responding, like I've been treated at any other normal Healthcare facility in a caring helpful professional manner, she says we can't see you because we have had a crazy day.I couldn't believe I was hearing this from a Healthcare professional.Never before had a provider or their staff been concerned about their day before their responsibility to me as a patient.I was extremely sick and worried about my leg. The brunette nurse looked at my leg and said, you should go to the Emergency Room in Muskogee.I barely got there to this Urgent Care !Providers take an oath to help patients. I was there during their posted walkin hours and they should have been professional and did the work they are there to do.This is an Urgent Care a place that can make the difference between life and death and they are turning away people because they had a crazy day. They should make every professional effort to see patients during the hours they have posted online and on their front door. If they can't they need to be required to make changes in their office to do this. This is an Urgent Care not a clothing store or restaurant. They should see everyone that gets there by 5:30 pm. A lot of people are physically unable to get there earlier.I have never been so sick and went to a Healthcare place and a nurse was so rude, cold, and mean. Normal Nurses are kind and caring professional people ready to jump to help a patient in need that is what their life's work is.Imagine if this was you going in there, or bringing your child deathly sick or injured and they say I'm sorry we can't see you, we had a crazy day.I told the brunette nurse I would be writing this review and she said meanly ... go ahead. This is Aspire Urgent Care.
