Had a very good experience here. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially the woman at the front desk who assisted me when I needed help with my insurance. I did not have to wait long and both my nurse and doctor were quick and efficient. My doctor was clear and concise and made me feel comfortable with my care. Will definitely be using this service again.

I had a great experience at Astra health. I came in with a lot of questions and had all of them answered for me by an extremely knowledgeable doctor. Parking in the area was difficult and the wait time was average (not terribly short or long), but other than that the care I received was excellent. I love their integration with ZocDoc which made it easy to schedule an appointment mere hours before I showed up.

I waited about a half hour in one of the patient rooms to be seen by the doctor. It wasn't that long of a wait, but I was anxious and impatient. The doctor was very friendly and helpful. I asked the staff to send my prescription to an out-of-town Pharmacy since I was heading home for Thanksgiving immediately. The staff was very pleasant and was able to process my request.

Having just moved to Hoboken, I came to Astrahealth Urgent Care for a minor issue that I just wanted answers to. After waiting for about an hour, a nurse brought me back to a room where she quickly went through the motions and took my vitals. After another 40 minutes or so, the doctor finally came in and she was wonderful. She was kind, reassuring and gave me the answers I was looking for. Although I was annoyed I had to wait so long, overall I was relatively pleased with the experience. Just have to make an appointment next time.

This was the best experience I've ever had at an Urgent Care clinic. I parked in a spot in Hoboken that only had an hour left (before street cleaning), so I told them that and they said I'd be out before then without a problem.nnThe woman at the front desk took my information while I filled out the new patient forms and I was in to see the doctor in less than 5 minutes. The nurse checked my blood pressure and temperature quickly and I was only waiting for the doctor for maybe 3 minutes...in past experiences I've waited for as long as 30-45 minutes.nnThe doctor was very helpful and answered all my questions. She gave me a prescription, but said I may not need the antibiotics if what I had was viral. This is not a step many doctors take in informing patients because it's quicker to tell them to fill the prescription immediately.nnI was out of the clinic in less than 30 min. I had time to walk to the pharmacy for some OTC meds and make it back to my car well before my 1 hour parking space was void.
