Hands down, a five-star urgent care adventure! The staff was so nice I almost forgot I was there for a rogue sneeze attack. The place was sparkling clean, and they zipped me through faster than my grandma chasing a buffet. Professional, and kinder than my dog when I have treatsu201410/10, would hobble in again!

In clinic was fine. Our nurse was excellent. The nurse practitioner didn't read our charts before she came in and had to leave under some pretense so she could actually read them. Once she did, she was fine. But!! This place puts ALL of their up front patient interaction only on technology. You can't talk to a person when you check in, or when you call. A simple records request should have been 10 minutes. Now it has already been 4 phone calls with AI that couldn't understand me even when I said exactly what it said. Who knows how long it will be until I get a call back. They obviously don't want you to feel cared for or welcome.

The staff showed immense competence and care when providing care. This is a great urgent care to receive fast and care that actually helps. If you need immediate care, this is the place to go until you can get care from your primary physician.
