Memorial day and I don't want to be there anymore than the next person. The receptionist was less than enthused with her greeting and I was the only one in the waiting room at the time. I was called back quickly and the assistant that took my vitals was very nice. Then I got the PA who was another rude one. She was uninformative, vague and didnt seem to care.nAtlantiCare seems to drop the ball with patient service often. I'll consider Shore in Northfield next time.

Came there before for myself and another time with my son and they were fantastic. This time I come in, the girl at the front counter got ill with me saying my new insurance was inactive and that they didn't accept my secondary. I've had my secondary insurance and when I called the first time prior to going in I was told they did accept it. So now I have to hunt another place down to take my child. Absolutely ridiculous that she said that I will no be seen unless I pay and was so rude about the insurance.

I'm not even sure if these are real doctors at this point. Brought my 6 year old daughter here to be told by a Dr named Ryan who said nothing was wrong with her, no wheezing. Did he fake his papers? Because when I brought her to her primary the next day she was recommended testing for whooping cough for extreme wheezing. Recently came myself with excruciating sinus headache, Dr didn't check any of my sinuses but recommended I go to have a cat scan done. Drive all the way to the recommended hospital to be told I'll need to wait in the ER. I called up Shore urgent care - in, diagnosed, & out within 30 mins. This Atlantic care urgent care is about profit not people. I'd rather drive out of my way than come back to there. Horrible. I recommended not going to this urgent care unless you want to he misdiagnosed, then by all means here's the place for you!!!

Terrible experience. They told me my insurance was accepted over the phone before I arrived. I had a visit back in August. Then after the visit a couple months later, I received a bill for a whopping $290.00 for a sick visit, for an upper respiratory infection. Then, I signed up for a payment plan and they had the nerve to send me to collections 2 weeks later after I signed up for the payment plan. I called up Atlanticare billing to settle this issue. The billing representative exceeded my expectations with her understanding assuring this was an error, and that my bill would be sent back to regular payment. Iu2019ll never go back to this location again due to their lack of knowledge for accepted insurances.

I came into Urgent Care EHT. Before I checked in, and I asked for an iceberg for my swollen face. The young day checking in patients didn't hesitate and gave me the ice. The nurse, Juliana was also amazing. She was kind and let me know she was right outside the door if I was in need of services before the attending came in. The attending NP was kind and gave me a steroid which immediately did the trick in reducing my swollen area. This particular Urgent Care ratings were not as good as others and I almost didn't go because of it. Glad I did. Thank you.
