I wish I could give them 0. worst doctor office ever. They Never call back. you have to beg for your prescriptions refill they always give you hard time.nIf they ever answer your call they will talk to you with this terrible attitude and this is not the first time they do this all the time doctors assistants are terrible I'm so frustrated with these people that's why I will not be coming back to this place!!!

The office staff is belligerently unkind in person and over the phone, treating patients badly. If the staff feels a patient is not doing what they want a women named Michelle get on the phone and basically in a professional rude manor, and high tone u201csets people straightu201d. The front desk referral department refused to do referrals for patients and requires numerous doctors appointments. The doctors are nice and polite, Dr. Neha Patel works part time and if she not in or on vacation, a parties is made to wait until she comes back to get service. (Up to 2 week wait). Who want to go to an office and make appointment with office staff who speak down to their patient when their is a problem. In addition, the doctor in this office refused to give pre-certification for required medications and tells patients to go to other doctors for medication referrals, after a referral is made. They also refuse to fill out paper work for motor vehicle and other state paperwork. After telling the patient during a doctor appointment that the patient is eligible. Then Having the office staff call stating they will not be filling out the paperwork.

Iu2019d just like to say my husband and I really liked our doctor but unfortunately, the way they operate their office is horrendous! Every single time that I have called to schedule an appointment or called for a prescription, my doctoru2019s extension would go to her assistant. It always, without fail, goes to her voicemail which is always full!!! Iu2019ve tried connecting with the other doctors lines and itu2019s the same thing!! I canu2019t take it! Nothing more frustrating than trying to meet your doctor because you need care and you canu2019t get ahold of anyone. Weu2019re leaving this practice for more reliable care.

I am new to Atlantic care physicians group. I made an appointment to see Holly Donald. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted very friendly, the Office follows all Covid protocols. Holly is personal and very caring. I am very happy I made my choice to become a patient to see Holly Donald. I would highly recommend her.

The office is poorly run. I made an appointment in early for May, for the 29th with Dr. Patel. On the 29th after waiting in my car as instructed I called the office only to hear Dr. Patel canceled 9 days before. No one had told me! I asked the office staff and they said they called me on May 20 but didnu2019t get ahold of me, and they never tried again. Not a call, text, email or a post card!
