I had a wonderful experience at this urgent care facility and couldn't be more grateful for the outstanding service I received. From the moment I walked in, Megan at the front desk was incredibly friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and easy. She was welcoming and really set a positive tone for my visit.nnThe medical assistant, Harshil, was also fantastic. He was attentive, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. It was evident that he genuinely cared about my well-being.nnLastly, Dr. Z was exceptional. He was thorough, compassionate, and took the time to listen to my concerns. He provided clear explanations and made sure I fully understood my treatment options. The receptionist that checked us in was short and dismissive in her responses. We were there on April 5th around 3:00. As former employees, my husband and I were very disappointed. Everyone else was courteous and professional.

I just went here because I been sick for 4 days. I feel like Iu2019m dying, and they turned me away and said they couldnu2019t take me before I could finish telling them what was wrong with me. They said it was u201cfull capacityu201d when it was literally ONE other patient in the waiting room. That is bs, it is rude and itu2019s not right. I have my rights to be seen and treated!

Went for respiratory issues. Didnu2019t test me for 1 thing. Sent me off with Doxycycline. Now Iu2019m day 3. No better, fever and sore throat added to my symptoms. Diagnosed with respiratory infectionu2026. How do they know??????
