I found myself in need of a quick doctor visit. When you donu2019t feel well you are extra vulnerable and perhaps the staff read me because I feel like I was treated with extra consideration. If I ever need a doctor visit I wouldnu2019t hesitate to return. The staff is not only professional but also very nice. Took my son due to an earache. Wait in the office was short until he was escorted back. Staff was heard giggling; having a good time. After 1 hour wait, checked with the receptionists who said that the MD was on his way. Where was this advisement at the beginning?20 more minutes past and MD arrived apologizing that he had a flat tire. My son, who had already posted a negative review was admonished for the review and asked to take the review off. He complied.Several concerns:The receptionists should have told us that there was no doctor at the facility, when we arrived.At no time did the having a good time receptionists come and tell my son that the doctor was on his way. I had to ask after an hour to find out.A patient that is in pain should not be scolded when being honest about the facts of the review.This facility is neither Urgent nor professional!If you decide to go, ask if there is actually an MD on site.Unacceptable service!We will not return to this facility.

I was extremely impressed with this urgent care. The staff and physician were kind, courteous and the wait was not long. The physician was very informative and took his time with us. I work in health care and I recommend this establishment for immediate medical needs when you cannot get in to see your primary. I am very grateful for the staff and physician.

Yes!! Id go back again. The best urgent care iv gone to in Bakersfield. So helpful and friendly. Id definitely recommend them to anyone. I appreciate the kindness and welcoming attitude. The Dr. was so seet to my son who was the patient.

I was seen by Dr. Syed Alam on 8-25-2023. I must say this by far was the best Urgent Care visit. He listened carefully & intently as I went over my health history since December. He agreed with me that I should not be getting this sick so often & urged me to get a 3rd opinion from another rheumatologist out of town. He suggested Cedar Sinai but I told him I could only be referred to UCLA. He also apologized for the previous treatment or lack of. He treated me for pharyngitis & left eye conjunctivitis. I would go there again plus his staff is amazing from the front office to back office. Iu2019m sure he would be glad to know that a referral to UCLA was placed to my insurance, waiting for authorization.
