I can't say enough about this place and the medical team. I was able to get a same day appointment when one of my babies became ill. The peace of mind of being able to find someone local and get answers the same day is priceless to parent.nnWe were able to book online and complete majority of the paperwork prior to our arrival. Then to make matters even better there was a text alert to remind me of my appointment spot.nnWe arrived to extremely friendly staff and to a provider who cared and who listened thoroughly. She treated us with compassion and dignity. It was late in the afternoon, the medical team called around to several pharmacies to ensure they were open and had our meds in stock.nnI don't wish to need Urgent Care services but if I do, we will definitely come back.

We went to Attend for our son who had an ear infection and an upper respiratory infection. The whole staff was so kind and so welcoming. We were seen fast and the provider was incredible. She took the time to explain everything in detail and made us all laugh. I wonu2019t go anywhere else now and I will follow this provider anywhere she goes if she changes clinics/locations.

Iu2019ve havenu2019t had the best luck with urgent cares, but Attend Urgent Care is hands down the best urgent care Iu2019ve been too! The whole staff is so friendly and caring. They are also very good with kids. They do take walk ins, but I absolutely love that I can get in line online! You also get to fill all your paperwork online so you can just show up, take a seat and wait to be called by the doctor. I definitely recommend you stop by the next time youu2019re not feeling well.

Attend Urgent Care is the best urgent care facility I've ever been to. Nikki and Jessie the medical assistant and PA/NP who saw me were so kind and took their time to listen to my symptoms and determine what exactly what was going on. It hasn't even been 24 hours and I already feel 100% better! Red Oak definitely needed this service and I can't recommend it enough for people needing urgent care.
