We had a poor experience, we filled out all paperwork online, and was asked to come 30 min. Early. We were 45 minutes early; the receptionist was not friendly, even rude about a woman before us. We waited an hour before I asked when we would be called, she said we were next , then two more people went through; I get it not all clients need the same test, but why tell us that. I went back up and she held me back from talking to her for some time. She again said he was next, would it be too much to ask for her to come up to us and let us know they were running behind. We are actually very nice people but not a good experience.nI really feel she made comments to the people in the back which made it take longer. I could be wrong but as we get older I have noticed the disrespect and non caring attitude more and more.nIt wasnu2019t crazy busy. As you can see

Showed up about 30 minutes early and checked in. As soon as I sat down I was called. I had the sweetest technician perform my mammogram and I was done with the whole appointment and headed home in less than 20 minutes. I'm very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you.

When I arrived, excellent quick service, as I had 4 different procedures. I was impressed, as I went from one room to the next. All technicians were great!nDISAPPOINTED:nI must admit there is a problem with orders. My physician sent orders for 4 procedures. Appointments were made. 2 days before my scheduled appointments, I received a call that I need to bring in 2 orders. I did not have orders, as my physician sent them the orders. How annoying is that! I contacted physician to send all orders again.

It was the worst experience from the start. Calling in and not understanding the person on the other end due to background noise and being offered a call back to get none. finally getting an appointment scheduled and then having it cancelled basically right away. They don't care about people at all. They don't train their staff worth a hoot and they lie. I had several different stories as to why they cancelled my appointment. They finally offered me self pay, but only when I was at the facility standing in front of them. You have to be persistent if you want an appointment. In my opinion not worth using them or trusting them with your healthcare. NEVER GOING BACK

I have always had great experiences at this facility. This was the first time I've had multiple procedures in the same day and it was not quite as good. Long waits between tests and didn't stick around for the third. I didn't get put on the list for a chest x-ray until the other two tests were done and they said I'd have to wait another hour and half.
