Very very unprofessional.i have gone in for appointments that they had said they tried calling and left voicemails and never did for me to show up using kvcap to be told they were rescheduling due to provider being out.Just recently got a doctor thru them after not having one for years due to personal issues and housing. Ive also never been late to any appointments and have tried calling multiple times in a day trying to get ahold of someone and no one picks up EVER and i mean EVER. Finally trying to get my health on track and now they don't accept mainecare. They then proceeded to reschedule me until the deadline for accepting mainecare had passed so I could no longer go and get my physical which I have not received in years. They do not care about your health. I also had blood work done and never received a phone call explaining the results what so ever. Would not recommend bringing anyone there!EDIT: mu voicemail is not full nor is it ever I'm constantly getting voicmails and I have had close to 20 voicemails at once before and it didn't have a problem. Also I shouldn't have to ask someone to explain my test results to me that should be something you should do. If you guys ever kept your appointments you all could actually do your JOB. But you all never answer the phone and always reschedule. I've been to one appointment there because you guys have rescheduled everytime the other 2 appointments I've tried having. So where's your reply to that?RE EDIT: on top of ALLLLLL of that they retaliated against me and took down my patient profile which has all my blood work on it.

Normally I am not one to take time out of my day to write a bad review... but my experience with Aurora Healthcare has me really dissapointed. I have only actually been seen once by Dawn LeVasseur at my first appoinment back in Decemer. I came to the practice looking for a PCP, as well as having some concerns with my hormones/fertility and my chronic migranes and pain. I was sent off for bloodwork and when I returned for my follow up appointment I was told that my insurance was no longer accepted at their practice and that they had left me a voicemail the previous day notifying me of this change. I knew I had received a voicmail, but all I was told is that my insurance they had on file was out of date and to bring my new info with me to my appointment. The inconsistancy is not a big deal, I totally understand they have lots of patients and are very very busy... it stinks because this was right around the time Inland announced they were closing and lots of people were searching for a new PCP while I just found out mine no longer accepts my insurance.Sidenote: I have family members who are also patients at Aurora Healthcare, who hold the same insurance I have, that never recieved a call to notify them. This brings me to why I am writing this review. My migranes and symptoms have been only getting worse... I am currently awaiting an appoinmet with a new PCP at the end of June. I called the beginning of this week to Aurora Healthcare to see if I were able to get a prescription for Zofran to alieveate some of my nausea caused by the pain of my migraines. They put in a note for the provider to review and let me know I would recieve a call back. I never did... so I called back mulitple days in a row to check on the staus of my note. I don't believe in shooting the messenger. I was told by the front desk that the provider will not prescribe me Zofran because I was not being treated for stomach issues. Even though I was being treated for chronic pain... which is the source of my nausea. All I wanted is a little relief from my nausea... from something I know works. I'm thinking of other patients who are much worse off than I am. This isn't healthcare. It saddens me to see all these 1 star reviews, but there seems to be a common theme. I would no logner reccomend their buisness.

Worst doctors office Iu2019ve ever been apart of. I gave them my patience since they were a new office but itu2019s getting ridiculous. Since last fall, so only about 6 months, Iu2019ve had them cancel or reschedule on me majority of the time. Ive had them rescheduled/ cancel me multiple times in a row for a visit Iu2019ve been trying to make since the end of 2024. Iu2019ve only ever called 1 time to reschedule one of my own appointments. Every time is a new excuse. Weather for safety reasons, doctor out sick, Doctor leaving for vacation, double booked me which lead to them asking me to come in a little earlier a day before my appointment. I understand certain situations but when itu2019s something different every time itu2019s become unacceptable and unreliable. Iu2019m dealing with a billing issue because they didnu2019t have someone that can properly draw blood for a test and sent me somewhere else to have it completed. Iu2019ve been sent home for showing up 2 minute behind the time slot of my appointment because u201cit would delay the rest of the dayu2019s appointmentsu201d even though the rescheduled visit took 10 minutes in total. My original primary doctor from when I started here Christian left/quit/fired not really sure but I wasnu2019t notified of that and never met my u201cnew primary doctoru201d and that was 4 months ago and many reschedules later. When they reschedule they ask me if later in the week will do AKA a few days later knowing people have work and canu2019t just call out. I get texts two times saying my appointment has been canceled but then find out itu2019s a u201cglitch/bugu201d in the system sending them out. Failed to call afterwards saying they are aware of the glitch/bug and the appointment is still scheduled. I have to call them to make sure itu2019s actually still scheduled. After expressing my frustration to the office about the constant rescheduling/ cancellations I get u201cIu2019m very sorry. Call us when you can rescheduleu201d and hung up on. Iu2019ve taken way too many hours out of work and lost too much money to never be seen or for these appointments for me to be treated like this. If I could leave a zero start review I would. And as seen in other peopleu2019s reviews the office always has an excuse or reason as to why we deal with these frequent issues/ situations. This has been multiple different situations that has lead me to leave this review. I think I will be looking for a new office to take care of my health. I hope this office gets things fixed and run smoothly one day.Edit: To respond to your comment back. I was sent back home for being 2 minutes late. That was the day you called me a day before my appointment asking me to come in at 7:45 instead of 8 and when I checked in it was 2 minutes after 7:45 so I was sent home and forced to reschedule. 2 minutes is less than 5 per your policy so I shouldnu2019t have been rejected. As far as what was said in the phone call I summarized because it would be way to much to remember word for word. Once I said I live 10 minutes away and I can still make it in for the appointment I was told itu2019s for the safety of myself and the staff and you were closing. That is when I voiced my frustration about finding a new office because of these frequent reschedules/ cancellations and was told you guys are sorry and to call when Iu2019m ready to reschedule and hung up on before being able to respond. I in fact did not call you to see if you were closing today. I called because of the u201cglitch/bugu201d texts I received last week saying my appointment was canceled and needed to know if it was actually canceled and or just the glitch again. This was actually the second time I called because I called last week to ask about this soon after I received the text but didnu2019t get an answer so I tried again today. And as far as you being sick I said that I understand things happen but when itu2019s a different situation every time you flat out become unreliable to take care of my health as an office. Do not lie trying make people look bad for leaving a bad review on your office that has more 1 star reviews than anything else. 2.7 stars out of 60+ reviews speaks for itself

If I could leave less than a one star review I could. Waited for 45 minutes after I checked in to have my appointment canceled when there was only one other patient being seen. To make it even better, they made me pay my copay before being seen then the very unpleasant ladyu2019s at the desk refused to issue me a refund. Absolutely would never recommend this drs office to anyone.

Is there a negative 1 star???? This Dawn who's supposed to be some sort of nurse/ doctor books my appointment without ever telling me they no longer take my insurance, booking it 2 days before the app and 3 weeks after dumping my insurance, no call no nothing before my app, after 3 years let me just be on my way luckily I called to verify my appointment just to find out sorry we no longer accept your insurance so in other words I was going all the way there for nothing, on top of it I've been on the same medication for years that this Dawn woman has been prescribing for my anxiety and brings horrific withdrawals and she just tells me to go suck an egg basically and leaves me with nothing 9 days after my prescription is overdue telling me Oh well so sad you'll just have to suffer basically. I have been in pure hell for 2 weeks when she should have and could have given me a heads up and tapered me or giving me a chance and time to find a new doctor. Also having other health issues which I needed referrals for but again no warning no nothing so screw there too even though last year I was supposed to the referrals but it never happened. This is the most unprofessional joke of an establishment I've ever been to they should be sued for the negligence and suffering of their patients that they just dump whenever they feel like it. If you're considering going here save yourself and find anywhere else to go. Oh and don't try calling because you will not get someone to answer the phone the whole entire practice is a joke you will get the worst Health Care available..Also...if you speak the truth about the negligence they turn around and immediately kick you out of your patient portal so you have no way of seeing your health records or getting results if you have any you need.Losing all my hair now from alopecia and I'm stuck with no. Dermatologist with ZERO warning, no Dr with ZERO warning and stress levels is what kicks off alopecia and after taking 2400mgs of gabapentin a day for over 12yrs I'm thrown off with ZERO WARNING OR TIME TO FIND A NEW DR AND A WEEK AFTER MY SCRIPT IS DUE!! You'd think id get my normal refill to taper back and give me a few months to figure out a new Dr, nope. So withdrawals that i feel will kill me they're so god awful and losing my hair so double the stress all because she drops mainecare and couldn't give patients warning and make sure they were OK and had what they needed while making arrangements for s new Dr. Instead im suffering unimaginable hell! Negligence beyond anything I have ever experienced in my life.
