The staff here and mainly psychiatrist doesnu2019t really care about your overall well being. I have went through two already and the main issue Iu2019m having is being able to decide what medications I would like to give a try. They are very controlling and donu2019t give you the chance to explore different options. Iu2019ve been in a certain medication for 4 months and the fact that Iu2019m being forced to keep trying is just insane. I also was charged a $50 late fee because I canceled the same day. Itu2019s so much with this company. They have literally made my mental health so much more. Dealing with medication is already a lengthy and scary process. Praying I find a better company that actually make you feel heard and valued.

Fast food medicine. Feels like theyu2019re just in it for the money. Itu2019s barely okay if you need help quick but not a long term solution. Try to avoid them if possible

Krista Kuss does not get on when sheu2019s suppose to. My first appointment, I got on 10 minutes early just for her to be 10 minutes late.Today, I donu2019t even know why Iu2019m seeing her because sheu2019s not even a therapist and had to give me a referral to oneu2026.. thatu2019s the whole freaking reason I was even suppose to be seen was FOR THERAPY per my family doctor. Whatu2019s her purpose? She didnu2019t even know the horrific reason why I was being seen.Today I waited until I was suppose to be seen and she was 7 minutes late so I hoped off because she obviously doesnu2019t care about wasting my time or the fact that Iu2019m struggling and Iu2019m not waiting any longer.I will be finding care elsewhere. Your people represent your company and this gives you an ugly look. Be on time. Read the medical notes. Treat us like people with respect.I better not be billed for the session your worker didnu2019t bother to show up to.Thanks for nothing.0 stars.

Stay away from the place! Scheduled an appointment as I was looking for help. I filled out their extensive questionnaire online and followed with an apt. I was to have an online initial appointment in which they didnu2019t schedule, so I had to reschedule and then when that point comes, I call because there is no email for joining a meeting to find that it was scheduled incorrectly again for an in person meet. Anyhow they accommodate the issue and we do an online appt. u201cInitial visitu201du2026. In this visit they ask me the SAME exact questions I answered on the intake survey. The apt was short of an hour and the first 20-30 minutes were just that of answering what I had already answered before. So oh well right? Good to be thorough maybe. But then I get a bill for $500+ ($220 after insurance). $500 dollars to answers questions I had already answered. Questions like is there heart issues in the family. He had 5-10 min of his opinion which basically boiled down to him asking that I set up another appointmentu2026 there is more to this, but hopefully this is enough for the next to realize your time and money will be wasted! *** The psychiatrist who headed my meeting ran in circles with literally not a single thing said that wasnu2019t obviously answered on my own. He was maybe mid 20u2019s maybe. Itu2019s very tough to find a spot with real experience and knowledge in this field. Do yourself a favor and start your search elsewhere.

If I could give less stars, I would. The staff here is incompant and unethical. I showed up and wanted to set up an appointment. They took my information, and this is where the red flags ud83dudea9 should have began. The lady taking my information didn't know proper abbreviations. Like st. Apt. Ct.. These things should be common knowledge, especially in a business setting. So my appointment time rolls around and I call ahead to make sure. The lady on the phone I guess doesn't know the difference between today and tomorrow. As when I showed up they said it was tomorrow. No big deal, but my patience is run thin by this point. So the next appointment rolls around. I go in sit down wait for 10 mins and nobody shows up. I tell them that and they asked me to seat again. The one of ther workers change the specialist that I'm seeing without saying a word. So I go back up and asked what's going on. They said they changed to someone else. I went to see a specific person after spending like 30 mins in the beginning to pick a specialist. I asked where are they. Front desk lady - They went on vacation. me -ok when are they back. Fornt desk lady - actually they quit. I left, and I ain't ever going back. Couldn't even see the specialist. This place is a waste of time, and I would not trust the staff to watch my dog. Very unprofessional and unethical establishment.
