The staff were great! Everyone from the girls at the front desk, the nurse, to the PA were so friendly and helpful. I was able to walk in without an appointment and was in and out in under an hour.

I told the pa that I had been mildly sick (no fever)but got better, then severely sick (fever and several new symptoms)after being well for several days. So she told me she wouldnu2019t give me a flu or Covid test. She didnu2019t look in my nasal passages or ears. Felt like a Mario speed run. Now Iu2019m still sick with no answers. She should have given me the test. I even tried to explain it was likely just allergies at first but then I caught the flu or Covid as I had students out with severe sickness. Not only that but it is valuable information when you have an elderly person in the house and what level of precaution you need. Go here for ear cleanings and nothing else. Hardly even gave me a check up. Just trying to get the line moving I suppose. Never again going here.

Love the staff here the front desk lady was great and the pink haired PA was very knowledgeable. The MA was kind of scary intense but his bark was worse than his bite. My 7 yr old son had to coax me ontonthe examination table bc I wanted to walk out. I can be such a baby when I am sicku2026
