I needed somewhere that would take care of my issue quickly, and prescribe something to help me feel better. I went here and was greeted promptly by the receptionist who asked me to fill out my information to be seen. It was very minimal paperwork which was really nice! I was also taken care of quickly! Lauren was very sweet and seemed very knowledgeable. The customer service all around was great and they prescribed me the medicine I needed to quickly get rid of my issue.Would definitely recommend to come here!

Fast, friendly service! My son had sore throat and fever and we took him on a Sunday morning to be seen. We were in and out within 15 minutes. The staff even looked up and printed the prescription coupon for us to take after they faxed in the prescription. I would definitely recommend families without insurance to use this resource. The only reason for 4 stars is because the restroom was not super clean, trash was full and it was morning, and the PA did not sanitize his hands automatically upon entering the room. Otherwise the staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Went in on a Saturday due to my ankle that I rolled the night before. I paid too much as a copay and they don't take your insurance, you have to file that separately. So, you pay everything out of pocket first... The nurses were very nice (the only reason I gave 2 stars). I waiting in my room forever for the doctor to come in. He walks in, doesn't introduce himself and just starts moving my very swollen and extremely painful foot/ankle. He is actually a PA, which would be fine if he knew what he was doing. I couldn't move my foot on my own so he moved it each and every way as I was crying in pain. He asked me if I could walk and I said no, and he told me that I had to take a step anyway so I did and I fell because I couldn't bare any weight on it at all... He then put me in a walking boot, disregarding the fact that I couldn't flatten out my foot without forcing it, and sent me on my way. I returned a few days later to get X-rays and that staff was great! They told me I would be getting a call within the next morning to know the results and I never did. I called and he said that I have to go to another doctor. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! Now >$200 is down the drain for nothing and I am having to go to another doctor and spend more money. I wouldn't waste my time with them.

Here I am setting waiting to be seen. I really would hate to have urgent care needed. Mine was just a follow up to look at a dog bites I had looked at and shots given on Sunday. It took about 1 hour on Sunday to have the PA cut intro the bite clean it spend about 30 minutes with me and I was gone. Today going on over an hour still have not seen the PA which I only need to say the bite looks fine for me to return to work. Might be missing something but I believe I am one of only two people I have seen in here in the last one hour. Wrote this whole review still not one person as walked in to check on me guess I need to remind them I am here.

I went to Avalon on the recommendation of a friend who had a good experience and was treated quickly. I went on 12 of Jan for a cough at 11:00 in the morning; I paid the required price Invoice shows 11:02am. I was the only person in the waiting room at this time. I was called back by a young lady rather quick who mispronounced my last name (which is a common mistake) when I corrected her she said Whatever and then lead me to an area to take my vital signs and weight. She pointed to the scales and demanded which I did. I stepped on the scales and started to adjust the weights when Miss Congeniality said I have to do it! She then set me down and shoved the temperature probe into my right ear with enough force to drive it out the other side of my head! When she pulled it out I asked her if it was normal. I might have well been talking to the wall, no response. She then placed a device on my finger for a few seconds and removed it. I jokingly asked her if it said I was still alive. Her look could kill and her reply rather rudely was, u201cFollow meu201d. Which I did to a room, she opened the door gestured for me to enter as she shut the door she said u201cWhen someone is available they will come byu201d then shut the door. I could hear people talking outside the door. 45 minutes later with no acknowledgment from anyone I walked out and asked the lady at the front desk to cancel my appointment, she asked my last name and turned to the cash drawer removed my invoice and cancelled my visa charge. Not another word was said by her never once asking me why I wanted to cancel my appointment. She handed me my receipt without looking up from your paperwork which showed 11:47. I walked out and have no intentions of ever going back. I am 57 years old and have been to some lousy medical centers in my day. Even Military care is better than this joint. This one takes the cake hands down. You can bet your bottom dollar if Iu2019m dying I will never let my shadow darken their door.
